Guest services was outstanding. Shore excursions could use some work. They didn’t seem to know much about the excursions they sell. They caused us to miss an excursion because they misunderstood where guests were to meet.

Indra was the Best room steward ever! He was responsible for 33 rooms. Waiters were overworked yet super.

Glad you enjoyed your cruise, we'll be leaving next week on the Miracle. Indra was our room steward on our last cruise, super attentive and fun to chat with. We also experienced a less than stellar embarkation in San Francisco. Was hoping it would improve for the Alaska cruise.
