Review summary

Nice ship, friendly staff! The food in the dining room was EXCELLENT. Buffet hours seemed a bit short [but we never went hungry ;) ]. Had a room with a balcony and that was well worth the extra cost. Anjana from Thailand was our room steward- really kind lady!

Slightly obstructed view (two small rungs above) but a very private balcony. We loved this room!

Ship tip

Pay attention to the buffet/dining room hours or you'll be stuck with pizza + ice cream!

The mini speedboat tour is just 'eh'. Tour guide only spoke to the men in our group, ignored the ladies. El Cid was all-inclusive but low-quality food and drinks. Beach full of vendors.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

Las Caletas is a beautiful and relaxing hideway!
