Having sailed Carnival before, I have come to expect a wonderful, helpful and fun crew. Unfortunately, the quality of food was poor compared to other Carnival cruises, plus there was not as much entertainment as the others.

We thought the ship was beautiful. We were excited to take it since we will be going on a cruise on the Legend this summer to Scandinavia and Russia. We were a little disappointed about the lack of formality on formal nights. My husband and I are frequent cruisers and love to dress for these occasions. I would say only about `0% of the people on the cruise were dressed properly. Everything else was wonderful. We loved the signature steakhouse which we ate at the last night. The wait staff in the dining room were wonderful. We were disappointed however with the entree's. We loved the appetizers and desserts however. The bar staff and stateroom staff were great too. The only other negative comment was that it was difficult to get people in the pool area to clean up dirty dishes at the table and empty ashtrays and things like that. It was a little dirty due to lack of attention.

This ship was our first cruise and it did not disappoint at all..

I have sailed on this ship before, but see a lot of improvements.

We had a balcony cabin, was great setting out and enjoying the sun sets on the ocean. Cabin was kept beautiful by attendant. Dining was very good.Overall a good cruise!

Had a wonderful time with a group of 10 traveling together. We are active young seniors. Too many activities oriented towards 30 year old drunks. The ship does not enforce most of it own policies. Formal nights in the dining room allowed people in with cut off shorts and plain t-shirts and flip flops. The quiet \"serenity\" area of the ship allowed and even encourage loud drunks doing cannonballs in the small pool. When a security officer did ask them to be quiet, they mocked him saying \"What are you going to do, send me to my room?\" The drunks stayed there all week ruining it for everyone else.

This was the perfect vacation to celebrate turning 45! I can't wait to book my next cruise with carnival. And, thanks for the birthday drink!

The ship was done in very dark and dreary colors. It was kept clean.

WE HAVE CRUISED CARNIVAL TWICE IN THE PAST AND BOOKED A THIRD BECAUSE OF THE HIGH QUALITY OF THOSE SHIPS( FASINATION, FANTASY) UPON CRUSING LEGEND WE QUESTION CARNIVAL CRUSE LINE. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND STAFF OF THIS SHIP. THE ELEGANT DINNERS ALLOWED GUESTS TO COME TO DINNER IN UNAPPROPRIATE ATTIRE. ALTHOUGH OUR DINNER PARTNERS WERE NOT ALLOWED TO ATTEND DUE TO UNAPPROPRIATE ATTIRE.

I'd say Carnival has cut costs to the absolute minimum. The ship reeked of smoke even 2 floors above the casino due to poor ventilation. The crew was unable to perform even basic crowd management and the cruise line spent more time worrying about squeezing a few extra pennies here and there than ensuring customer happiness.

The Legend was a very nice cruise ship. Staff was very frendly and all the schedules were nicely planned out. Getting everyone prepared for their excursions is always tough but they had everyone where they needed to be at the right time. Although my personal taste for the artwork wasn't very high, the boat offered several different fun options for everyone onboard. My only true complaint was the fact that a few times it was hard to find a good spot in the pools due to there size. Besides that I would recommend this ship for everyone.

Everything was very pricey. Aside from that, we enjoyed the flexibility and all the events planned. Being that it was our honeymoon, we didn't worry about children running around. The boat is big and there are plenty of activities for all ages. The food was amazing, and my wife has a gluten allergy. Every time we went to the finer dining, they checked about her allergy--which we appreciated. We also had a comparatively small budget, and found a room within the budget. 80% of expenses are paid upfront.

The Legend is beautiful in every aspect, well kept, and plenty of activities to keep anyone busy. The customer service desk could be a little more helpful. The food was mediocre. I was assured that there would be a variety of vegetarian foods but after eating the same few foods day after day, it got to be annoying. Room service was great. Follies shows were just o.k. but the comedy shows roared.

Beautiful and very clean ship. Will definitely do another Carnival cruise.

The ship was very clean and elegant.

Carnival is really a fun cruise, there is always something to do. James Dunn, the cruise director does a great job of getting the most out of people. Our cabin steward, Bwana, was exceptional! If you called hin on the phone he was there in a few seconds and tried to fulfill any request. We ate most of our meals in the dining room, and ther was enough of a variety. Of course, there was a larger variety in the various buffet stations. The pizza is available all night and it is quite good. the entertainment was okay, and the comedians were really funny!!

Overall it was an enjoyable cruise.
