Review summary

Alaska was incredible, absolutely beautiful. Carnival's food, service and activities leave a lot to be desired. Unless you're paying extra or like trivia, be prepared to make your own fun. There is nothing else to do, activity wise. The casino is so tight, I saw no one win much of anything. The jackpot bells didn't go off once. The food was very much hit or miss. The service wasn't as good as hit or miss. The description of the room was extremely inaccurate as well. I will try another line next time.

Don't get French door cabin. The doors open to nothing but a catwalk. They couldn't be used to exit, even in an emergency.

Ship tip

Don't. Go to another line until they decide to give value for the money
