Extremely Disappointing

From start to finish, very little effort towards customer service. Muster-a shambles,,disorderly, uninformative. Seemed like a box needed to be ticked to fulfil commitment. Dining services more often closed than open!    Only food available out of hours was Pizza!  Staff in buffet disinterested. Often dirty plates piled high, long queues for monotonous food and no clean tables. Staff rinsed out mugs when running short-no sterilisation evident. Seated dining room often closed at lunch times. Food pre-prepared and chef left the area when second sitting started.nhand sterilisation units outside dining areas often empty and were pushed to the side so that very few people noticed they were there. Entertainment team hard working and provided a variety of superb shows.  I have cruised often with other companies, and Carnival falls too short for comfort. No customer satisfaction  or comment reports at end of cruise-says it all!  I'll never use them again or recommend to others.
