I can’t wait to sail again as a first time cruiser I wasn’t ready to go but I enjoyed every moment and all ports really wish I had more time each place but if I had to choose Carnival I would a million times

It was a good cruise. First time on Carnival. Not a bad experience. I prefer Princess though.

We had a great time because we went with a great group, but honestly the experience on the ship was very subpar. Entertainment and activities were lacking. We felt the boat was too packed with not enough resources to sustain everyone. People were very inconsiderate of the ship and so it was constantly noisy and messy. The stateroom, main dining room, Cookie the cruise director, and Havana Bar were the best things they had to offer.

We enjoyed ourselves. We loved our cabin location and the adults only section. The people on the ship were friendly and fun. We mostly relaxed. Food quality and selection could have been better. I didn't like the push to use the Carnival hub app.

Overall, I had a wonderful, relaxing, entertaining experience aboard the Horizon. I would recommend this cruise, but you MUST do your research in order to fully enjoy everything this cruise has to offer.

I really enjoyed this cruise with my family. It was really nice. We had so much fun. The kids can't stop talking about it. I really can't wait for us to go back. My favorite part is the dinner celebration. I love the fact that the crew actually take time to learn routines to put on a show.

overall a good cruise on a good ship! Jonathan Adams is the best cruise director going and made the cruise a blast!

Staff on the cabin and dinner was excellent, but ship is not that big and needs more thing to do, shore excursions are to expensive compared with local one that are the same. Need to lower internet charges and soda package, photo way to expensive I select cero photos prices are ridiculous.

Havana experience was the only reason this cruise was bearable. There is no True bar in the night club. Bar service is lacking around the cruise ship. Thriller theater was closed. The pools were unusable.

Would not travel on the Horizon again unless the cruise director plans a more exciting time outside of seminars and sales.

Everything was good other than too many kids in the pool. I wish people would learn to operate the elevators correctly there would be 8 or 9 people get in when they just pushed the button 1 time when you have to push it 1 time for each person. Pools were too small

I tried to make the best out of a few bad experience. This wad supposed to be a trip of my life given to me by my. Husband whom became very ill two weeks before the trip and could not go. I went by myself because we had already paid and I had waited 21years for this trip. It was all turn bad in the Jamaica port.

A good cruise until the Dominican- stay away… I have complete reviews on other sites or just peruse the reviews yourself!

If the Lido food was revamped dramatically and the pools could be enlarged or more available, I would go back. But I don't think they will be. The ship had many other features that were really nice. They should talk with the company they own, Holland America. They could learn about service and food!

We had an amazing time! I enjoyed the food and the entertainment.

Overall, the cruise was excellent, and I recommended it to anyone.
