If the Lido food was revamped dramatically and the pools could be enlarged or more available, I would go back. But I don't think they will be. The ship had many other features that were really nice. They should talk with the company they own, Holland America. They could learn about service and food!
Embarkation

Departing was a bit of hustle at Miami. Parking was confusing to start, but we made it OK
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
I'll start with at the low point. (Sorry you know) The Lido Market is the most boring food imaginable. Both areas of service had the exact same thing. The quality was at the lower end of the food options. It was bulk food. The specialty restaurants were great. They have good options and choices to select from. Since beef has skyrocketed thank to the Biden and his group, the Steak restaurant had a $55 premium to dine there. The other were $18 to $38. Other little shops to eat were fun. Guys Burgers was great, they had a good Pizza place and some good Mexican or Spanish foods.
Onboard Activities

The Spa area was OK, nothing to fancy. Nice steam rooms, but the Jacuzzi was limited to a small fiberglass tub for about 4 to 5 people to lay in.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The big evening show "Liquid" was fabulous. The singers were great, I loved the 3 Violin players who moved through-out the show with no sheet music to see. It was stunning. The comedy entertainers had a wide range of shows from PG to late night X rated. Plenty of bingo and games to be part of. The waterpark and Skyride were fun extras.
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
They don't offer much personal service beside the room staff. Our young lady Miriam was great for the whole trip, taking care of us and our room. Most Waite staff at restaurants were very good. They were had vested interests in getting you back. The rest of the Lido Market folks were going through the motions. No one was bad, but nothing like the staff on a Holland America cruise.
Ship Quality

The most exciting thing for me was the center of the ship, decks 3 to 5. They had this wonderful visual screen around an expanding pole that went upwards and out from deck 3 to 5. It was awesome. The ship had problems with Air Conditioning and a few days we had toilet problems in the open areas. Not a good experience.
Cabin / Stateroom

We expected small. This room only provided a 1 foot by 1 foot stool to sit on. At least a nice chair at the desk isn't too much to ask, is it?
Ship tip
Be prepared with some suction hangers to hang things around the room. Order more hangers for the closet.
This port was a bit of a surprise. The pool they had was really pretty nice considering the number of people the ship dropped on them. They had some really fun local artist at the port. I now have a full size Flamingo at my home.
This was a nice port as well. Ziplining was fun. The pool was very large for our 1000 plus folks. They had some nice pretty new shops close by. Also some beach areas near, they cost to use though.
