Havana experience was the only reason this cruise was bearable. There is no True bar in the night club. Bar service is lacking around the cruise ship. Thriller theater was closed. The pools were unusable.

The waiters in the dinning were ok. We had missing stuff multiple times. The sushi dinning was amazing but took forever to get service. The buffet was super disappointing. My diet is very limited to veggies & fruit & fresh meats. The salad options in the buffet were very limited.

Pools were unusable unless you had Havana. We were super excited for the the Thriller Theater and it was closed the whole trip.

I had a group of teenagers. They would not let my 13 year old move up to the highest club with her siblings and 2 cousins over being a measly 2 months too young.

Service was severely lacking. Havana pool bar tenders were awesome! Need to have bar service though. Sucks we paid all the extra money for Havana and we had to go to bar every time we wanted a drink.

Layout was fine but totally miss the red frog pub.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cleanliness of cabin was great but it was almost 80 degrees in the room the whole time. We complained multiple times with no resolution. It left our sleeping experience a bit miserable. We had to keep blinds closed and balcony door closed the entire time to avoid the room heating up.
Ship tip
Get Havana. If it wasn’t for Havana, we would not had a decent time on this ship at all.
No excursions. Too many people hitting you up to buy stuff or take taxis. We had multiple people throw stuff at us to buy or step directly infront of us.
Appreciate your detailed feedback. Sorry you were disappointed. The thrill theaters have been closed permanently, a disappointing thing (for me as well) but we’ll documented. The strict age guidelines have been discussed many times. A little research would have made your frustration less.
