I tried to make the best out of a few bad experience. This wad supposed to be a trip of my life given to me by my. Husband whom became very ill two weeks before the trip and could not go. I went by myself because we had already paid and I had waited 21years for this trip. It was all turn bad in the Jamaica port.Embarkation

Check with customs about pass port. Never trust Customer seevice about reporting issues that it will make it to the top. I asked three time's. I reported issues. Not one time was contact regarding my issues. Worse Customer service everorts and do NOT count on customer service to support you or report to higher up. I asked three different days to talk to someone and I kept being told it would be reported and I never heard from anyone nor did I receive a polig
