The best Carnival’s ship! The best cruise director . Cabin steward, Larry....great!

using the carnival shuttle to and from the airport enabled us to check in to Carnival at the airport. Thus we didn't have to do that at the terminal and could go from security right on to the ship. Very smooth! Disembark was just as smooth and easily made it back to the airport for our return flight.

Overall I was actually kind of disappointed. For this being the newest ship, I expected more. The food was pretty bland and the staterooms are not improved really. I haven't been on a cruise since 2014 and I thought they would have found a better way to utilize space, but still difficult to move around in with bathroom/closet doors. There should not be issues with a room electrically either and I should be able to blow dry and curl my hair without issues. I told my stewardess, then complained to the diamond person at guest services, and then called super upset when they had over 15 hours to fix it and my stuff still wouldn't work. Also, mold in the ceiling of my bathroom. They are in such a rush that this is something that should not go unnoticed. I am a grown women so I didn't complain about not getting towel animals, but that is a big part of a carnival cruise and 3 days without an animal was disappointing as well.

This was one of our best cruise experiences yet. We had the pleasure of sharing it with family and friends. The Carnival Horizon is one I highly recommend for anyone looking for a great experience at sea.

This cruise was a lot of FUN! And has a lot to offer. From Thrills and Chills Theater to watching the current movie John Wick 3 in the Theater. I loved the Seaweed Bath and full body massage! The onboard team was more than helpful in helping to decide which show, excursions, and activities are best for you and your group.

Overall, it was a great experience. I just wish that Carnival would provide more areas for adults (without kids). Don't get me wrong, I love children - but it would have been nice to be able to get in a hot tub without 10 little kids in it as well.

The ship is new, the staff was awesome, and the ports of call were scenic and fun. Overall greatness in a cruise.

I think the food could be handled a little better. The market place buffet had many trays of hot and cold food, but some looked as if were standing and somewhat over cooked. Picked over too. Dining experience was fairly good with some really great food, and others just medium. A couple of times I ordered breakfast that was only luke warm

My cruise was fantastic, enjoyed traveling on the Carnivsl Horizon. The staff made the trip relaxing, I didn't have to do anything, but eat, drink, cruise & be hsppy.

I so thoroughly enjoyed this cruise. It was relaxing and comfortable. The food was great, the entertainment was great, there was a lot to do and the staff were exceptional.

Wonderful cruise very professional staff. Look forward to next cruise with Carnival.

We will probably not sail with this cruise line again do to the poor choices of food, lack of good activities and disembarkation problem.

Everything was great and we've already booked with for our next year's 2020 family cruise!

IF YOU WANT TO BE CATERED TO, RELAX, SEE BEAUTIFUL PLACES, AND EAT AN ABUNDANCE OF DELICIOUS FOOD, CRUISE ON THE HORIZON. IT'S AN EXPERIENCE YOU WON'T SOON FORGET. CAN'T WAIT FOR THE PANORAMA AND THE MARDI GRAS. OH, MAKE SURE YOU ATTEND THE QUEST. (ONLY IF YOU ARE VERY OPEN MINDED AND DON'T GET EASILY OFFENDED OF COURSE. IT'S SO MUCH FUN TO WATCH.) WE'VE GONE TO SEVERAL. LOOK FORWARD TO IT EACH TIME.

Excellent cruise! Would be better if they had just added Bonaire Island in place of one of the 3 sea days. But the 8 days of relaxation is worth the money!

Next cruise, we will fly in day of. This ship is huge, something for everybody. We had a wonderful vacation and will probably not go on any other ship unless we want a different itinerary.

Would definitely cruise on the Horizon again. Beautiful ship!

excellent cruise. we have done the big ships, breeze, magic, dream and skipped vista but this was awesome. never felt like we had 4,000 people on board as it's well designed with multiple locations and activities to divide and conquer. serenity deck needs to be BIGGER

There were 9 of us that went for my boyfriends 60th birthday. 6 of us had cruised before. The ones who had not had a great experience. My boyfriends daughter and 82 year old other went. She had always wanted to go on a cruise and at the end said, this was the trip of a lifetime, worth waiting 82 years for. It was a very memorable trip all around.
