Review summary

Overall I was actually kind of disappointed. For this being the newest ship, I expected more. The food was pretty bland and the staterooms are not improved really. I haven't been on a cruise since 2014 and I thought they would have found a better way to utilize space, but still difficult to move around in with bathroom/closet doors. There should not be issues with a room electrically either and I should be able to blow dry and curl my hair without issues. I told my stewardess, then complained to the diamond person at guest services, and then called super upset when they had over 15 hours to fix it and my stuff still wouldn't work. Also, mold in the ceiling of my bathroom. They are in such a rush that this is something that should not go unnoticed. I am a grown women so I didn't complain about not getting towel animals, but that is a big part of a carnival cruise and 3 days without an animal was disappointing as well.

Guy's Burger place and pizza are great as well as the iguana tacos (chicken), not impressed with Reflection Dining Room, food was pretty bland if you ask me. Meridian Restaurant was nice, but need different breakfast options. Japanese Steakhouse totally worth the extra money.

My electrical didn't work for 2 days in stateroom. I complained multiple times so I couldn't use my curling iron or charge our GO Pro so we missed out on an entire days worth of footage because we didn't know it wasn't charging at night while we were sleeping. Service was slow in our restaurant.

Cabin / Stateroom

Mold in shower ceiling, electric didn't work properly, 3 days with no towel animals, and it's two twin beds pushed together and they didn't stay pushed together. I woke up in between multiple times.
