A: if I remember correctly, the lifeboats are right below the deck 6 balconies.
Answered by ItsMeMatey on November 28, 2022
A: Balcony is same as most all balconies on all carnival ships other then extended balconies and suite balconies. Daughter was in 6226 and I was on deck 10. Same size. Ship is so big that you need a taxi to go from front to back. You lucky though as the... elevators to the dining room on deck 3 and food on Lido on 10 are very close to you. Then you need a taxi to got to the front and the show room ( liquid lounge).See More

A: I suggest YouTube hopefully you won’t have anything below you. We were deck 6 forward in May. Wished it was better underneath but they didn’t have much left.

A: If you used a third party, ie cruises.com, for your booking, they are the only ones who can get an upgrade for you. If you purchased thru Carnival, then just keep calling them about an upgrade.
Answered by buckeyebell on January 17, 2023
A: in the past I just called the carnival each week to see if they offered upgrades and if there is a price drop. I called back to get a credit and sometimes I would get it. sometimes I would not. but its worth trying.
Answered by ldennis64 on July 29, 2022
A: I don’t completely agree with that answer… We use a PVP, and she does everything for us. She negotiate fare changes, room changes… And even sometimes upgrades us for free through her company, provides add-ons (strawberries and/or additional OBC)…. H... er company does all of this for no additional funds, in other words what you see on the Carnival website is what they offer to include any special fares or add-ons listed by Carnival.See More

A: yes they have mini fridge in all staterooms.
Answered by Cougar56 on May 9, 2022
A: Yes, you’ll be on the cruise just before us. It is my understanding all rooms have small refrigerator’s. If they are like all other ships they will stay cool and if you leave the panel door open a little more cooing will be had.

Q: Carnival Horizon 8 day southern cruise… cruise deal, free drinks in casino. Should I add the package?
Thumbs Up
2
A: I did the casino free drinks a couple times and I will say it depends on how much time you plan on sending in the casino and how much you drink. The Horizon had very fast servers and they will keep your drinks flowing. I did by drinks on the lido and... I still came out way under the drink package price all but 1 day. The sports bar and comedy club/club are right down the hall so you can walk back to the casino to get a drink 🍸.See More

A: Was on the Horizon in February. At the airport and through security by 10am.
Answered by Jzusvme on March 4, 2022
A: I wouldn't risk that early of a flight. If there are any delays with customs clearance or disembarkation at all, you run the risk of missing your flight, or at the very least extreme stress over the possibility.
Answered by Countrysinger2 on February 8, 2022
A: Holly, this flight is not too early. We recently cruised on The Horizon with a flight out of FLL at 10:55am. If you have an early flight Carnival will arrange a meeting place and you will have priority debarking. Customs was a breeze and we had booke... d the Cruise Arranged Transport to the airport and arrived with plenty time. The longest wait was with TSA.See More
