I did the casino free drinks a couple times and I will say it depends on how much time you plan on sending in the casino and how much you drink. The Horizon had very fast servers and they will keep your drinks flowing. I did by drinks on the lido and I still came out way under the drink package price all but 1 day. The sports bar and comedy club/club are right down the hall so you can walk back to the casino to get a drink 🍸.
