I've been on horizon 6xs since restart, they have both parties every cruise. . however, funnel blows black soot and your clothes will have black greasy spots on them, so don't dress in anything you don't want ruined.

Last time I was on Horizon they had both. The white party had a lot of people. It was fun. I did not attend the 80’s party.
