I wouldn't risk that early of a flight. If there are any delays with customs clearance or disembarkation at all, you run the risk of missing your flight, or at the very least extreme stress over the possibility.

Holly, this flight is not too early. We recently cruised on The Horizon with a flight out of FLL at 10:55am. If you have an early flight Carnival will arrange a meeting place and you will have priority debarking. Customs was a breeze and we had booked the Cruise Arranged Transport to the airport and arrived with plenty time. The longest wait was with TSA.

Was on the Horizon in February. At the airport and through security by 10am.
