Would like to recognize I Made (cabin), Richard in the dining Room (Platinum) and Iona Mateo (customer service). All were a big help. Kudos would definitely sail with them again.

Great cruise, especially for value. Restaurants were great. Dinner buffet needs to be better

I have been in more than 10 cruises and have never had the worst experience until now. Starting for letting Carnival choose our cabin. They sent us to the 1st deck (room 1295). First three nights with A/C damaged, noises coming from the Deck 0 during the night because the crew work apparently during the night. After three hot days and trying to fight with customer service they decided to change us to the 2nd floor. After moved to the 2nd floor the toilet was not working. So, another wait to be able to sleep well that night. How can you explain your kids of 12 and 11 years old that drugs can be consumed on a cruise? People smoking weed in cabins and around the top deck closer to the kids area. My kids already know how to identify who is smoking weed. Learned on a Carnival Cruise incredible. Food very dissaponted. The quality is not the same. Steaks uff the most nasty and greasy steaks I had to eat in my life. Been on the Carnival Breeze years ago and we loved the food. Now was terrible. Very dissaponted.

Our Carnival trip was very convenient and great for the price and short notice. It was only a two hour drive to port. We always have a great time and we enjoy meeting new passengers etc.

Our cruise was really nice. The people (guests & crew) were so amazing. I'm ready to book another cruise, possibly the same itinerary.

Due to Covid, we had to rebook this cruise 5 times! We finally got to go on our Honeymoon one week after our 3 year wedding anniversary. This was my wife's first cruise. Before we got off the ship, we were discussing our next cruise! Can't wait!

This was our 4th cruise and it was wonderful. There have been a few adjustments that made it not as good as other cruises like food options and selections but was still well worth the money I spent.

Food was not good guests services left in cabin that smelled of sewage. And on top of that they never apologize for the inconvenience.

I hated we didn't go to Mahogany Bay, they changed it. We went to Progresso instead. Something to do with ship docking. We had been to Progresso and Cozumel before.

Our cruise was great. All of our guest really enjoyed themselves at each port. The staff was very nice and the food was great. I just had to keep in mind that this was an old boat. Stains on the sheets only one outlet in the room and I prepaid for a lot of items to be already in our room and we didn't receive any warning that they were out of stock due to covid which is what they told us I bought it to the front desk attention and that's what we found out through a voicemail message left to our room at 9:30 at night so no anniversary decorations, no flowers, ect. Thank goodness I'm a person that brings extra so we just made it work and still had a great time.

Due to no fault of the ship, we were in the ocean after a storm and the ship was so rocky I was sea sick a lot of the time. Our cabin steward Reginald did a great job everyday keeping the cabin clean. There were so many drunks on this cruise (still no fault of Carnival) and it really comes down to the caliber of people cruising. Parents letting their kids run wild on the ship and teenagers running into me several times almost knocking me over. My experience was just okay due to atmosphere with the ocean and wild, unruly people. And some cleanliness issues.

Our first time on the Carnival Glory, our first time in Belize and Costa Maya and our first cruise with the kids. Enjoyed every minute with her and the cruise itself.

It was a great cruise! The ship and the crew exceeded our expectations!

Things have changed since Covid and it is obvious. But for the price we still received a good value and a fun cruise.

Great cruise. Only negative is with the hubb app. We paid for ablilty to text one another on board but it didn’t work. We had to reboot constantly.

Had a good time despite three out of our 6 days were raining. Always tricky with winter cruises in the Gulf! Can’t control the weather, but it was a disappointment since there isn’t much to do while it’s raining at sea. But the ports were fun, and enjoyed spending a week at sea with the love of my life.

Cruise was great. Bucket list Crusoe shall we say... Playing with Monkeys , Sloth and McCaw and getting to go tubing in caves..

Horrible old ship, bad cruise director. We will never and I repeat never take Carnival again!!!
