The ship was elegant and gorgeous as I expect from Carnival. The food was wonderful. The shops onboard were a little pricey but nice. All the room staff was incredible. Our steward was amazing. Pedro was the best. However the medical center was a fiasco. My adult children went down there to get my 18 week pregnan daugher some acid reflux medication. They waited 2 hours with no one ahead of them. The Nurse when asked just siad "I will get to too !!!!!" A scene started because stephanie throat was getting worse and worse. Finally security came it and Stephanie told them I just need something for acid reflux please. The nurse threw a box of medicine at her from across the room. The kids alcohol priviledges werer revoked which I put a quick stop to because if you checked their sign and sail card they had not been drinking.

We were on the 11th floor- Spa Deck. because we thought it would be quiter. Above us was people walking around , the kids playng basket ball. There was the announcement about not disposing of cigarrette ashes and trash off the decks, but we would get hit by these items when on the deck. Formal dining attire was not enforced. People came to the dining rooms in shorts, t-shirts, sandles, baseball hats etc. This made what was suppose to be a formal situation into a joke. There was not really a variety of food choices one would not prepare for themselves at home. With Nuts being a huge allergy issue with a great deal of people there were many items with nuts in them. On the plus side the Spa team was great. On the negative the whirlpool had cold water in it. The Sauna and Steam rooms were on a 30 minute cycle and unless you hit them at the right time you could not use them.

This is our 11th & 12th cruise. We have been on many lines and are not loyal to one. We had a suite this time. This was a treat to ourselves. Very roomy, lots of storage. Deck 7. The outdoor balcony was great and used several times a day. We had coffee out there every morning. Room service was good and used much.

I was suck the whole time so that didin't help but what I could do was fantastic. Grreat staff for our room and at the spa. The Medical Staff was incredibly horrible when my 21 yr old daughter went there for some refulx medication. It was bad, they ended up throwing them out of the medical center and revoking their drinking priviledges even though when they scan their sign and sail card they could see neither one of them had ordered any alcohol at all. It was a horrible experienct.

The freedom ship overall was average. The staff was great most of the time and very polite. Since our last cruise we could see were the crusie has cheapen and made alot of changes to cut costs. The entertainment on the ship was limited and not very good. The ports and beaches was fair. I would definitely rate this as a fair cruise.

Horrible decor and design of the ship. There was about a thousand people on the pool decks and 4 rest rooms in walking distance and the size of the bahrooms was very narrow. I had no problem, but anyone heave would have had a lot of trouble. As far as going from front to back, you would have to go to the 5th floor of the 9th floor to get there. We had to go up a different elevator and a staircase to get to deck 11, so we could get a chair in the sun. Back down to go to the bathroom. My wait staff was excelent. Nathaniel was my waiter and marawan was the assistant. Wonderful service and food was good.

Ship was clean and well maintained

Many small details were missing. For example, we would leave the cabin with the service requested sign on the door. Returning 2 to 2 1/2 hours the room still hadn't been made up. Customer relations were not at all helpful. We kept getting the "we don't handle that". Our bill was incorrect and it took three tries to get it corrected. The wait staff in the two main dining rooms were outstanding. In fact, this was the first of 14 cruises where we actually got to know the maitre'd. I long for the return of smaller ships, those less than 2000 passengers.

The ship was nice and not to hard to get around.

The carnival Freedom was clean and the staff was excellent. The decor was average but loved the adult only section for the hot tub and pool area

The ship itself was nice, for the most part it was clean. We had three sea days and the ships entertainment staff really doesn't do anything to liven up the pool area, even the DJ stopped playing music when people started to dance.

Clean, easy to get around and find all venues.

Good. Ship if fairly new and appeared clean and well maintained.

I did not care for much of the ship's decor, but the cruise experience itself and the staff were great.

The staff wash very nice and helpful. The ship was very clean. Just love it.

The process of getting on & off the ship was very efficient

The ship was awesome. There were always activities going on, no way that you could be bored. The food was great, and there was always plenty of it. Can't wait to go again!

We got what we paid for and that was a beautiful ship with alot to do and with staff members that cared about you and your needs....at all times!
