Review summary
Many small details were missing. For example, we would leave the cabin with the service requested sign on the door. Returning 2 to 2 1/2 hours the room still hadn't been made up. Customer relations were not at all helpful. We kept getting the "we don't handle that". Our bill was incorrect and it took three tries to get it corrected. The wait staff in the two main dining rooms were outstanding. In fact, this was the first of 14 cruises where we actually got to know the maitre'd. I long for the return of smaller ships, those less than 2000 passengers.Ship experiences
