This was the first cruise this ship and crew had been on since the pandemic hit. The crew was as excited as we were to start cruising again. The welcome on board was heartwarming. The first night at dinner had a few glitches with the service, but they were all fixed by the next dinner. The Alchemy Bar was an exceptional experience. I asked for a unique drink to be made, and they made it. It became my favorite drink. Because the cruise was only half filled, there was no waiting at any time. It was a very smooth and wonderful experience - a great way to begin cruising again!

It was a great week to get away and we overall enjoyed the cruise. Disappointed we weren't able to get to Belize but they made a short stop in Costa Maya Mexico on the return trip to help make up for that lost stop. Overall, I don't think we'll be sailing Carnival again due to the poor evening meal choices and food in general. If you plan on sailing Carnival, thoroughly research the ship before making your reservations.

I loved and enjoyed everything about the cruise only bad thing about it is I had to leave... I can’t remember how to spell the name to the one that worked on my cabin1258, I even brought his card home with me but I have lost it... But anyways he is the sweetest young man I have meet in a long time.. tell him thank you for me again.. I truly miss him... thank you to everyone, you all are wonderful....

Seemed like I was being sold something every step of the way. Probably won't be doing anymore cruises.

Great cruise, friendly, helpful staff except for Bingo caller (her majesty). There is a bar b que restaurant on the 10th floor (walk up the stairs from level 9). The food is fabulous and free. Very few people know where the Bar B que restaurant is , so you can have your pick of the chicken, beef or sausage and tables.

TJ was awesome. Loved him, he is very funny. Pande in the Chic Restaurant was by far the best person. We requested him every night. Our room steward Andri was super nice! He remembered our names, and our room was always so clean! Everyone was super nice. The comedy shows were our favorite. The love & marriage show was also super fun to watch. Overall, we had a really great time and will definitely come back!

Went on the tour mainly to relax after hectic holiday season. Very comfortable, convenient and relaxing. Nice not to have to fly somewhere with flights overbooked and canceled. Convenient drive. Will do it again but will probably choose a different ship and check to see if more entertainment is offered.

Carnival Freedom was our very first cruise. We did not know what to expect, but we were VERY pleasantly surprised. We had such an enjoyable time that we did not want to come home, and we are currently planning our next cruise. For anyone hesitant about cruising, don't be...just book one!

Vegetarian food quality was bad, not many options available

Disembarkation was a nightmare. Blueguana food stand was awesome: very friendly guys and excellent food.

Horrible experience!! Cabin HOT! No day activities! One activity was ADULT COLORING. Slept for 2 days and watch same movies over and over with 4 people in a Hot room. Missed 2 ports. Called customer care said they would not give ANY refunds. Many people were there for graduation and wedding. Completely disappointed on the cruise experience and how they handled this situation. My family was EXCITED about our vacation like everyone else. This will be the last Time we EVER go on carnival. Also after missing 2 ports, carnival cruise members kept pushing to spend more money on the ship. Picture, drinking, shopping. It was ridiculous. The only thing good about this cruise, was the hard working staff. Meaning servers, housekeeping and food service. Same food choices over and over. All unhealthy and fattening.

The crew director and crew were amazing. With all the fun and excitement they created it helped deter from the fact that we did not get to port or that we were in troubled weather. I would take this cruise all over again.

Overall it was a good cruise and will soon schedule another one.

We had a great time on Freedom!The staff was awesome and it was one of the most relaxing vacations Ive ever taken. This was our first cruise and we're definitely hooked - can't wait to experience more ships.

Awesome cruise, except for the morning fitness class instructors ignoring their duty to hold class (they just set up their equipment for the pay classes if they showed up at all).

Fun cruise. First time to the Bahamas. The crew were polite and always friendly. Ship is one of our favorites. Cruise Director was wonderful and so were the bartenders.

The two main things I was disappointed in was our room locations and the fact that we were not all assigned to the same dinner table. When we boarded, we quickly realized that we were spread all over the place. When we initially booked, we were told that the ship was pretty full, but that only one person would be located on the 2nd floor and that the rest of us would be close together. That was not the case. We were only close to one other couple. We also quickly realized that we were not at the same dinner table. The whole reason we went though a travel person was so that it would be easier for us to be placed together. I sent over an hour going through customer service and then the dinner lead to see if we could be sat at the same table. The overall experience of the cruise was great, but the initial few hours weren't good for those that this was their first cruise experience.

Just came back and already planning the next cruise. So relaxing and stress free vacation
