Horrible experience!! Cabin HOT! No day activities! One activity was ADULT COLORING. Slept for 2 days and watch same movies over and over with 4 people in a Hot room. Missed 2 ports. Called customer care said they would not give ANY refunds. Many people were there for graduation and wedding. Completely disappointed on the cruise experience and how they handled this situation. My family was EXCITED about our vacation like everyone else. This will be the last Time we EVER go on carnival. Also after missing 2 ports, carnival cruise members kept pushing to spend more money on the ship. Picture, drinking, shopping. It was ridiculous. The only thing good about this cruise, was the hard working staff. Meaning servers, housekeeping and food service. Same food choices over and over. All unhealthy and fattening.

Total BS, you pd for a cruise and received a cruise....no refund on missed ports except port fees. Ridiculous

Was on the Freedom for 4 weeks last January. We loved. Our servers were so good, we had the maitre de let us stay with them. Samuel and Fajir. They would get our food and coffee on the lido, with out our asking.

Fake review. We've been on the Freedom twice and lots of Carnival cruises. Never had anything like this happen. They also will usually give some onboarding credit for missing ports.

Nothing to do...highly doubt that. Never been on a carnival cruise that had no activities. Yet they gave onboard activities 5 stars. It is what you make of it and the Captain was keeping you safe by missing those 2 ports.

With the poster being from somewhere and no cruise profile I take the review as a hoax. Especially after talking about how hot the cabin was and spending most of the time in the cabin and then giving the cabin 5 stars. Could have easily walked out on deck or in the inside of the ship where it was cool.

Why did you have to stay in your room and watch movies? Couldn’t you go on the deck and relax in the lounge chair? Maybe read a book, do a crossword puzzle, take a nap or just enjoy the pleasure of doing nothing.
