This was the first cruise this ship and crew had been on since the pandemic hit. The crew was as excited as we were to start cruising again. The welcome on board was heartwarming. The first night at dinner had a few glitches with the service, but they were all fixed by the next dinner. The Alchemy Bar was an exceptional experience. I asked for a unique drink to be made, and they made it. It became my favorite drink. Because the cruise was only half filled, there was no waiting at any time. It was a very smooth and wonderful experience - a great way to begin cruising again!

Food was good. Unfortunately, there was some confusion the first night in the dining room with our order - both food and drinks.

It took until the last day to get the slide opened. The Serenity Deck was closed often and the bar never opened there. Fitness center good.
Entertainment

The musicians and DJ Cue were good. Just June was exceptional. The other 3 comedians were not that entertaining. Magician (Rankin) in the dining room was exceptional. Unfortunately, he only came to our table the first night, then the last night because we asked our waiter to call him over. He seemed to spend most of his time at one particular table.
Service and Staff

Ship personnel were exceptional. Astika, our room steward, was excellent. We couldn't have asked more from him. Our waiters, Learoy and Inengah, were also excellent. The first night, Learoy forgot to take our food order, and I received the wrong wine order. However, the service after that was excellent. Learoy anticipated all our needs so we didn't have to ask for things. He went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful.

The crew was constantly cleaning the ship. I felt very safe seeing how seriously they were taking the cleaning process.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was incredible. There were a few things not working or broken when we first entered the room, but they were all taken care of immediately.
Ship tip
Remember to always thank those serving you on the ship. They work incredibly hard for hours and hours each day just to make sure we have a wonderful cruising experience.
