Carnival cruises went from the party cruise line to the Walmart cruise line. I have been cruising Carnival for 25 years and have never been as disappointed as I was with this whole experience. Food used to be an experience on your ships. Now it is flat our embarrassing. The condition of this ship should be an insult to you and your customers. The whole experience was just flat out HORRIBLE. I can go on and on, but Carnival does not care of there is absolutely no way they would put out this kind of product and experience.

Camp ocean was a bust. Needed more available food options. More activities for the kids.

We did the 5 Night Eastern Caribbean Cruise to the Dominican Republic and Grand Turks. It was my partner's first cruise and he loved it. He said it was the best vacation he's ever been on. It does rank up there for me as well, so we will be scheduling another trip with Carnival soon.

Enjoyed my cruise everyone was amazing, food was great, shows were great.

We had a blast partcipating in the trivia games and the scavenger hunt. Snorkeling in Nassua was breathtaking and beautiful.

Food quality and indian food was very average. No proper spice..More training with professional indian cook with right grocery and spice will increase reputation.j Fresh juice to buy is surprising. My last cruise with other company was excellent for food.

Not the cruise I was hoping for with my family. This was a party ship and not very family friendly. My kids had to go to the bar to get a soda. Guest services did not want to help with my room situation and kept sending me to other places for help.

This was a full family cruise for my family (50 people!) and we had a great time. The ship is older, but still offers good fun. We had a 10 month old with us, so at times we were limited on what we could do (babies in diapers cannot use the water activities) we had a fun time.

excellent length for first tine cruisers, loved having a balcony. enjoyed the ports and activities onboard

This was a birthday cruise. We did not alert anyone to that fact but somehow the staff knew and made sure to make it special. It is that attention to detail that we love.

The ports were great. Andy (cruise director) was a lot of fun. I just wasn’t too impressed with the ship itself.

This was our first of hopefully many cruises! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

This was an overall great cruise. We had the best cruise director we've ever had and would cruise on the Freedom again just for him.

The cruise was very good We enjoyed ourselves I just don't like the fact that my family and I got diarrhea have upset stomachs and it's going on a week now

The staff was wonderful and food was great!! Loved the Dominican Republic! I understand why but still disappointed that we didn’t get to go to the ports we initially planned for. Andy is the best!!!

Great exspeience but was not happy about not getting what I paid for.

Do not recommend Carnival. Terrible organization getting on and off. Changed itineraries while cruising due to passenger medical emergency which is expected. Will not be back.

We won't travel with carnival again. They charge you for. Soda package but make it difficult to even get the soda... then no water is included in the package. We prefer other cruise lines over carnival. Not happy that the cruise line did not reimburse us for changing the port from grand turk to Bahamas... if we wanted to go to the Bahamas we would have chosen the Bahamas....

It’s an ok first trip to try out cruising and get the family & friends together. Bimini beach is beautiful!

I’ve been on multiple cruises and typically enjoyed each one. I know that no vacation is perfect and cruises have their limitations. That being said, we really had to search for the silver linings. The food was truly atrocious and gave us food poisoning! Our travel day home was miserable! The staff is always a pleasure and worked hard to be friendly. But even they told us the cruise is overbooked and they were short staffed. I would not recommend booking this cruise on this ship. and even though I’ve had good carnival cruise experiences prior, this one was so bad that I will definitely not be booking through carnival again.
