Review summary

This was a full family cruise for my family (50 people!) and we had a great time. The ship is older, but still offers good fun. We had a 10 month old with us, so at times we were limited on what we could do (babies in diapers cannot use the water activities) we had a fun time.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
signage, staff, and process was simple and easy

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
overall the food was okay, but the burger and taco bars were awesome

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Splash Zone, Water Slides, Mini-Golf, Trivia... lots of good options!

Entertainment

3 out of 5
tried the comedy show but was not impressed - left in the middle. the shows were good.

Children's Programs

we came on with our 10 month old daughter, but she wasn't able to do any programs due to her age

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
dining room staff was great, the ship personnel was great. our steward could have been better

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
the design is outdated - this ship is old. the layout is OKAY... the 3rd and 4th floor is messed up because you can't cross the ship on these levels and it's very inconvenient when 1 dining room is in the back on levels 3 and 4.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
it was not clean when we arrived, but we had it recleaned. Overall the room served it's purpose

Ship tip

limited water activities and pools, but overall is a good ship if the price is right.

Ports of call

Grand Turk Island

5 out of 5
while the port is small, the pool at Margaritaville was awesome, and the Caribbean water was perfect despite some rocks you have to overcome when getting in.

Bimini, Bahamas

5 out of 5
beautiful beach and water!

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
even with having our luggage taken off by staff, it was still a long process and difficult with elevator access.

Did you guys have to take a COVID test before boarding the ship? I got a email saying that they encourage it.πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈ

Glad you enjoyed the cruise and hope your next is great. Yes, some ships cannot be traversed on deck 3 and or 4 due to the galley as a massive amount of room is needed to prepare so many meals. Once you get use to this it’s not a big deal. Happy Sails πŸ›³οΈπŸοΈ
