I've had much better cruises... we will stick with royal Caribbean cruise line!!

Review summary

We won't travel with carnival again. They charge you for. Soda package but make it difficult to even get the soda... then no water is included in the package. We prefer other cruise lines over carnival. Not happy that the cruise line did not reimburse us for changing the port from grand turk to Bahamas... if we wanted to go to the Bahamas we would have chosen the Bahamas....

If it's your first cruise it would be good enough.. royal Caribbean had far better shows and entertainment. The comedy was fun. Not happy that the ship changed the itinerary from grand turk to the Bahamas and didn't offer any type of reimbursement. If I wanted yo go to the Bahamas I would have paid for the less expensive cruise.

Ship changed to Bahamas instead because they let a 9 month pregnant woman on board who went into labor. The ship did not reimburse any individuals or provide any type od reimbursement.

They have to make money it’s called a soda package cause you get soda and you have water in your Room and if you cruise often you get a free big water bottle

Wow I am surprised to hear you found it difficult to get a soda. I have been on 9 Carnival Cruises and I have had a soda card every time and Never had trouble getting a soda. It is written clearly in the details when you buy the card that water is not included. Ports getting changed for passenger safety because of storms or medical emergencies is sad but perfectly understandable. All cruise lines do it.

There is no way they allowed someone 9 months pregnant to cruise. For most cruise lines the cut off is 24 weeks. I think you may have some of your facts incorrect.

As already mentioned, your cruise contract covers just such things as missed ports. You should read it and see if it helps your attitude just a bit. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Read your cruise contract - they have the right to change your itinerary at their discretion and don't owe you a dime or even an explanation.
