Review summary

I’ve been on multiple cruises and typically enjoyed each one. I know that no vacation is perfect and cruises have their limitations. That being said, we really had to search for the silver linings. The food was truly atrocious and gave us food poisoning! Our travel day home was miserable! The staff is always a pleasure and worked hard to be friendly. But even they told us the cruise is overbooked and they were short staffed. I would not recommend booking this cruise on this ship. and even though I’ve had good carnival cruise experiences prior, this one was so bad that I will definitely not be booking through carnival again.

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
The cruise was so overbooked we were unable to eat at the buffet but one time. The food we did get was really bad, like something wrong with it. We had chicken tenders that tasted like they were friend in old oil, and an apple pie with black spots all in it. The last day of the cruise we got food poisoning!
