Review summary

Freedom needs a complete refurbishing, food menu needs to be reviewed, etc. etc. etc. Perhaps the ship is too large, perhaps the systems needs to be updated, but most of all, it seems that we were treated as passengers, not guests

Service was poor, food often delivered cold or warm at best, often not all at table had their meal delivered on time or together

Hard to do overall rating as many activities were not of interest to us. But the fitness center was terrific

stage shows were mediocre at best, music too loud on on promenade deck, DJ's also too loud, comedians were good, but the R rated acts were offensive (too much unnecessary foul language)
