Disappointed that cruise. Com stop the free $100 on board credit and off excursions because the trip wasn’t $500. And I have booked 12 cruise with you to get these rewards.

Boring on the boat .Didn't go to princess cays . Didn't have nothing to do on the boat.

My first cruise over 25 years ago had rough seas (which cancelled all outdoor activities and made many passengers & crew members seasick), so I was excited to try cruising again. I was surprised how many children were there since not a holiday period. We enjoyed the cruise overall - its crew members were polite, efficient, and hard-working. The food was tasty with so many options. The cabin was nice with the picture window. Overall, a good experience.

This was a terrific cruise, from beginning to end. Embarked in less than 20 minutes! Crew was very helpful and friendly. Platinum benefits were appreciated.Thanks Carnival.

Excellent cruise with lot of entertainment , staff was excellent , cleaning ness and specially dinning room staff was outstanding .

Carnival was very accommodating due to Hurricane Ian we were on the ship for an additional 2 days and had to change one stop.

Started off with bad start when we were told to carry our own bags as checked bags time has passed and they didn't let us carry our water bottles with us. But rest of the process was good expect few glitches here and there. With unexpected extension of our trip by 2 nights due to bad weather in FL, lost additional day pay but was happy with the carnival crew as they were patient with us and provided value package of internet so we could communicate back home so they would not panic. and kids would have breathing time to communicate with their friends home and catch up. Cruise team arranged additional activities and entertainment for the extended 2 days/nights. Overall this cruise trip was great, We have travelled with Carnival cruise for about 6 times so far and recommend carnival to others!

I had very good time onboard with my family. They take good care of you and you feel it when the trip is about to get over.

We enjoyed the cruise. Please keep in mind a less expensive cruise means a wider variety of people can afford it as well. So be prepared all kinds of people! Some got rowdy and forgot they were adults and argued quiet loudly using foul language. Some felt their kids could run wild down the halls, etc.

My wife and I did a photoshoot for our recent wedding (this was our Honeymoon), and the photographer made us tear up when we saw the video of the pics he took. Although this is an older ship, it is VERY well kept, and we had such an amazing time! Thank you to ALL the staff for making us feel at home and like FAMILY.

We expected more fun on board. Food menu was same every day. After 3 days menu was boring. We brought drinking cup on board and lost the same onboard.

My mother, daughter and I went on the Elation for my moms 60th birthday. It was a great time. It started off on a shaky start due to her birthday package being canceled without notice but we were able to quickly regroup. Where the Elation lacks in size, she gave me a warm relaxed feel the entire vacation. The staff was very attentive and I felt at ease.

Smaller ship can add a lot to your vacation. Less stress on you and the crew. No lines or hunting for lounges on sea days.

Had a decent time. Would go again. Just not very satisfied with Jacksonville port.

We really enjoyed our time on the Elation. We had low expectations and we were pleasantly surprised. It was a great cruise with wonderful people.

Choose a different ship. This was a horrible experience, and makes us never want to go on a cruise again!

We had a good time but it wasn’t the best. The pictures on the website are deceiving. Nothing was as big or nice as the pictures portrayed. The staff and Nassau were the great parts.

Will pick a different cruise line in the future. My travelling partner and I both have been vaccinated and tested negative prior to travel. We were cancelled three times before boarding over the Covid protocol for Carnival. After being cancelled three times the week of our departure, Carnival still did not get it that we met the criteria. To add to this no one wore masks or took precautions.

For our first cruise it was ok. Definitely found a lot of ways were could of saved money or done things differently. I’m going to try another cruise line and see if that one is different. The smell that was in our bathroom was just nauseating.
