We really enjoyed our time on the Elation. We had low expectations and we were pleasantly surprised. It was a great cruise with wonderful people.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Jacksonville port was small and efficient
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
The food in the main dining room was OK. The famous carnival chocolate melting cake was served under-done almost every night. The lack of veggies with dinner is sad.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Pool, spa, theater, casino, and comedy clubs were all equally as fun
Entertainment
2 out of 5
Never saw a group of cruise performers who were not great until this cruise.
Children's Programs
5 out of 5
Our 12 & 13 year old loved Circle-C and met a lot of friends
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
As always, the staff was wonderful and helpful.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
The public bathrooms needed help, but everything else was well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
It's an internal state room so size isn't going to be great, but it wasn't cramped for the two of us and it was plenty for what we required.
Ship tip
It's a small ship packing some amenities of the bigger ships but it's a lot of fun and the staff was great.
