It was our first cruise and we enjoyed it. The crew was great. The food was excellent. We really enjoyed listening to the music at the Drama Bar each evening.

The ship was overcrowded. Pizza was the only thing that was open 24hrs; and they were not accommodating at all. We have a tomato allergy and they refused to make a sauceless pizza for us. If it wasn't for our head waiter and steward, our cruise would have been a bust.

Overall, we had a great time! We LOVE Carnival! We have been on RC, and to us, it's just not the same. I really enjoyed the cruise director as well! He was cracking me up! :) There was some rain on our first sea day, but mostly a beautiful trip. We never had to fight to get a lounge chair wherever we wanted on Lido Deck.

It was my best birthday ever. The staff was wonderful. The food was fantastic. The staff went out of their way to make things perfect for us. I am handicapped and I had no problems except I could not get on Deck 12 or the serenity deck other than that it was great. The stateroom was very roomy and the bathroom was easily accessed.

We had a wonderful time. The night life was jumping. My son and his wife was with us along with 4 other people. I t was thier frist time out since the brith of my grandson. The disco was their favorite place. We wiil sail again on this same ship Carnival Elation. It was not too big but it was not too small either. My husband still got lost just about every night going to our room. The pool music was wonderful( The man's name was Wayne, He was very good). Every thing was wonderful.

Our cruise director definately made the cruise.

Great for people traveling with children. However, adult specific events were carved out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent photgraphers. No wait time in line for food or gift sshops. basic toiletries provided (toothpaste, shampoo, body wash) great for people doing carry on. Nice entertainment on the lido deck thoughout the day. Extended hours at Camp Carnival for nominal rate.

The ship was pretty nice, the were doing some work to it, nice ship.

Great ports of call, great entertainment-you involved the guests, good food-delicious with impecable staff.

We did the 3-hr. snorkeling, swimming, kayaking excursion on Fury's 65' catamaran & it was wonderful. The crew was outstanding. It was a lot of fun.

Ship was in great shape for age. Our stateroom was spacious for 2 adults and 3 children. Our room was always cleaned at our convenience. Was highly disappointed in the quality of the main dining food. The choices were hardly varied and look as if it was prepared 5 hours before and heated prior to being served. The Childcare staff and quality of entertainment was below adequate.

I am a first time cruiser and many specifics are taken care of for you. There is much information to go through and can be daunting at times. The daily itinerary was excellent but the announcements were very hard to hear or understand. There are so many floors and things to do that remembering where everything is was a task in itself. There was always a new corner of the ship that we found it seems every day. The food was delicious and very abundant. The drinks were a bit pricey and should be adjusted down a bit. I definitely skipped buying over 6 dollar beers. The sailing was smooth and basically could rock you to sleep. I would recommend a room with a view because of the ability to wake up to an ocean view was tremendous.

I enjoyed every aspect of the cruise, but I went with an open mind and humble expectations.

We went on this cruise for our 20th Anniversary...loved it! The ship was beautiful and the cruise staff treated us like royalty.

The Elation is a great ship. Very clean, well organized, well-trained staff. We had five in our room and amazingly we were comfortable. We liked the entertainment - especially the Legends show on the last night. There's lots do to and several places to hang out. Great ship!

Carnival does a great job with their cruises! This was my second cruise, the first was on the Holiday last year. The Elation was bigger but even with more people it was not appreciably more crowded. The ship was clean. There were plenty of activities for my 13-year-old. Dinner meals were very good with lots of selections. We had great service. All staff was very well trained and courteous. Good entertainment - especially the Legends show on the last night.

The ship was much nicer than I expected. The rooms were small, but great for what we needed. Tons of activities to do on the ship so I was never bored.

The ship was fine, and we thought that late dining would be bad, but it turned out to be a great thing.

Very impressed with the trip, even though Tropical Storm Alex had us rocking a bit...lol Totally enjoyed the R rated Comedian...omg..have to go to that. I did so much, and still plenty to do next trip...in fact already booked the Sept 25 trip giving us an additional day!! Slid down the slide like a kid, played in the Casino...nice atmosphere, ate like a piggy..lol...always food available, from Pizza at 2am to Gourmet Dinners Just overall wonderful time to reconnect with my significant other...and going back for an ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION...and what better way to celebrate than a CRUISE!!
