Overall it's fine, but I wouldn't do it again. Not worth the money and the bombardment of cheap money grabs.

We had a wonderful time for our first cruise experience. The food was great, so much to do on board. The crew was so friendly and they did everything to make it a great experience. Are cabin Stuart was so friendly, he called us by our names it was truly a great experience.

The internet worked ok, but it was difficult switching devices. I had to go through customer service and they had to charge and then credit my account for another package before they could get it to work (after several tries). Everything I switched devices, e.g. iPad to laptop, it took 4-5 tries before it worked. Speed was ok for working from the laptop. The fact that you can't load the app once you sale was also troublesome. We had one member that forgot to load the app and unless we pay for internet, they couldn't download the app. Speaking of the app, they need a way to allow the user the adjust the reminder times. A default 15 minutes often was not enough

Love how attentive and courteous the staff were. Everyone made you feel welcome and the staff that dealt with you directly would always remember your name. Great great trip. Hated for it to end.

A poor experience with this booking agent. Got the run around and after I was told a refund was coming they still haven't provided it. Be aware when booking.

If you only have a few days to get away, this 5 day cruise to Bimini/Nassau will feel like a vacation.

This first cruise was an experiment for us, and I'd call it a success. We will definitely be back!

It truly felt like you were with family. This was our very first cruise. I can’t imagine ever wanting to sail with another company. Nassau was a little too busy for our liking but we found a lot of great things to do there.

This was my first cruise and I wouldn’t do it again. The amount of money I had to keep spending that I wasn’t aware of was crazy. There were lines for everything and the food was ok. Everyday I had to walk around trying to find a beach chair. The only good thing was the dinner staff. Daniel and Ramsey were amazing! They remembered our names and were so attentive. They even cooked us a native dish from their country!!!

We Loved everything about our cruise except our excursion in Nassau. The Food, service, shows, entertainment, relaxing on the boat were all awesome. We talked to customer service about our excursion and how bad it was, they didnt seem to care and never communicated further as they promised us.

It was our first cruise and we were very excited about this trip. But high price for unworking internet is not good, we spent 170$ for nothing. We couldn’t use it. And when we had accident during the dinner in restaurant personnel didn’t come to us to discuss the situation and they didn’t say sorry for injuries. I was disappointed that fact.

Outstanding first cruise experience and will definitely schedule additional cruises on the carnival Elation.

Over all I will not sail Carnival ever again. The good parts were the excursions and getting off the boat. Getting back on at ports was frustrating. The people attending the check in points were needlessly rude to everyone. Making sarcastic remarks to an elderly couple and a younger couple in front of them for not understanding what they said. Even worse to a foreign couple behind us who was a different culture entirely and had a hard time understanding. Seems to me they don’t like their job.

Love, love and will definitely cruise again and will definitely choose carnival.

Loved the cruise I relaxed and rested amd had a great time! Disconected from reality and met great people! Staff was amazing! Especially yessica and Dana!

The cruise was grate and we are going to do other one real soon but got to get a larger room , if they got it

Even though we had some issues, it turned out to be an enjoyable and relaxing cruise.

Carnival has improved since I used to travel with them consistently.
