bring something to mark your room from the others. i got lost several times. use the app and plan to take time to relax. take luggage off the ship at the end yourself and use the Porters and tip them for your help. makes it better. also, ypu dont have to tip on drinks and any orders other than extra requests Because it is always included

Galveston is a hot spot for Texans and surrounding states, so summer and school breaks on the ships are real crowded with children of all ages

Make sure you take cash to add to your account. The carnival hub does not update your account correctly and you will have a credit when you actually owe. Make sure even if you have two people in your room go on separate accounts to make sure you are seeing the correct purchases. If not they will show different balances.
