Very disappointed in the cruise. The air did not work in our rooms. When we called, they sent someone down to our rooms. All they did was take the temperature in the rooms. In 2 of our rooms, they brought fans but the 3rd room, they said they ran out of fans. Never once an apology for not having air, never even offered to move us, nothing. Was not happy fighting to get the milk we needed daily. We offered to bring the milk we needed from home but was told no they would have it.

Service and staff were friendly and helpful. Debarkation has issues and took too long without updates.

I traveled the my children and had an absolute blast. The drinks were great. I am a pescatarian and my options were limited but what was available to me was good. We will definitely cruise with carnival again.

Was looking for an inexpensive cruise for a quick weekend getaway. Had my granddaughter, 19 year old, with me. Due to weather, we were confined to inner ship for most of the time. Not much of interest in activities for her. We did do a spa treatment, it was good, but very $$$. Young adults, if they cannot drink or sunbathe, really don't have any activities onboard for them. Hated the ship and probably will for sure sail on RC next time.

This was my first cruise and I can't wait until my next one. I had an amazing time.

Overall great time!!! The cruise director (TJ) was a blast! So worth the money and more!!! Looking forward to doing it again next year :-)

My husband and I decided to take our first vacation/cruise alone and without our children. This was also our first time cruising with just 2 of us as we usually cruise with a group of 20 people. We opted to sail in May rather than our previous cruises which were all during Spring Break. The cruise was great! We loved the Conquest's theme and enjoyed looking at all the decor around the ship. The ship is a little bit older but is well kept and comfortable. The layout of ths ship is also nice. Since it was just the 2 of us we upgraded to a balcony room and I can say with 100% confidence that I will not go back to an interior room. Our room steward and his team were very friendly, always greeted us by name and were there right away if we needed anything. The first day on the ship we requested ice in an ice bucket and our room stewards made sure we had fresh ice both morning and evening. Just not having to ask for this and them making sure we had it was cool. The food and restaraunts were really good. We did not go in to any of the premium restaraunts although we did hear from another cruiser that the steakhouse was amazing. Everyone on staff aboard the Conquest were friendly and always greeted us with a smile and a hello. The Cruise Director, TJ was very personable, funny and did a great job with all the activities he led on the ship. We love sailing with Carnival as we always have fun and there is always something to do. Embarkation and Debarkation at Port Everglades was seamless and we had no issues. We are also VIFP members and enjoy the perks that Carnival gives for those who continue to cruise with them. I highly recommend Carnival and the Conquest. My husband said it was his favorite ship so far.

The ports on the cruise and the weather was amazing. We were not satisfied with dining room staff. There was several confusing activities time and location that were changed or did not happen without notice. The 2 for $20 tshirts sale was announced twice and never happened. One morning I went up to the deck as announced in the things to do, carnival hub and over the speaker. I remained in line for over 25 minutes and the tshirt's never came. No one provided an update and we were just disregarded. I am a Travel Agent and I would not recommend the Conquest to my clients.

Can't complain about anything, everything was good, not great but good.

It was our first cruise. We enjoyed it so much, we just booked another one for next May! I feel this will be how we spend our vacations. The opportunity to see all these places while on the ship is fantastic!!

Carnival changed are port from Princess Cay to Half Moon Cay. I was very happy about that because the beach at Half Moon Cay was my favorite. The unfortunate thing was the time allocated at half moon Cay and grand Turk. We felt very restricted and rush. It was hard to relax and enjoy.

When you pay a certain amount for a cruise that has certain islands and times you except that. The times of port were horrible!!!! 7am-1:30pm!! Not okay when your on vacation!!one island we were supposed to be there for 8 hours and ended up only being there for 5! Aruba was celebrating their Labor Day which for future reference is May 1st so plan not to do anything on any island if you cruise during that time. Not only did we have nothing to do in Aruba but we were there on that island the longest which we were only supposed to be there from 8am to 4pm. So we had all day to stare at an island that was closed for a national holiday they were celebrating! Just very disappointing to pay this kinda of money and not get the experience we paid to have. They accommodated post taxes which was a measly $7.89 per person!! Wow!! For a trip we saved up for two years to go on I was highly disappointed and upset with how it ended up.

Understanding that things change beyond your control I feel Carnival could have made better decisions on behalf of their cruisers. This is our third cruise they have taken us to a port totally closed due to a holiday. That is poor planning to advertise a port you are paying for to arrive and nothing be open. I know this is an older ship but the mattresses should be changed if they have deep dips from being used. I know it was not just ours you could see the same thing I. Other rooms as you walked down the hallways and doors were open . 8am to 2pm on a tender port is too short. The tender takes a while to get you there and then the last one leaves 45 minutes prior to the ship leaving so you have lost another couple of hours on this short port

This was our third Carnival Cruise and the best. Nicest ship, great food, easy of booking, delicious food, the best music & entertainment. Loved the ports.

Cruise director was boring, no entertainment, couldn’t use the pool or jacuzzi always full with drinkers

My friends and I enjoyed ourselves. We intend on cruising more in the future. Although the ship needs an update, the staff is excellent! The food at times was not so spectacular and at other times it was excellent!

We were also disappointed that we were put on a level that it was a liability to open up the balconys between rooms. We booked with 4 other people that were in the room next to us, specifically to have the balconys opened. This was not fault of Carnival but it changed our experience on the boat because we couldn't be with our friends on the balcony. Upon telling guest services, they didn't even apologize.

Overall was a wonderful experience and would do it again. Thank you.
