Review summary

The ports on the cruise and the weather was amazing. We were not satisfied with dining room staff. There was several confusing activities time and location that were changed or did not happen without notice. The 2 for $20 tshirts sale was announced twice and never happened. One morning I went up to the deck as announced in the things to do, carnival hub and over the speaker. I remained in line for over 25 minutes and the tshirt's never came. No one provided an update and we were just disregarded. I am a Travel Agent and I would not recommend the Conquest to my clients.

Dining room waiters were not attentive during dinner. We waited one time for almost 15 minutes before we were asked if we wanted water. Our food came out cold. The host were not friendly. My room steward Noel was GREAT! He was the absolute BEST!

I don't think this is authentic. A travel agent who has only one review? And complains about t-shirts? What about the rest of the cruise?

I am a travel agent also. I am sorry you experience that on the conquest. I was on conquest last April for 8 days and 4 in July. Love the ship. The staff in casino remember me when i went back in july.

I was on the conquest this past February and they had t-shirt sale on the lido deck and near the shops. You wouldn't recommend the conquest because no shirt sale that's a little hard

I am only a Cruiser,and would definitely recommend it. You didn't get a couple of crappy shirts, and You want to Dis the whole Ship? Wow? You are why I would never use a Travel Agency! We had a fantastic time Celebrating our 20th Anniversary on the Conquest last August. Wonderful Staff. Snafus happen. I wonder if your Company would want to be judged as harshly for a minor mistake... Sad...
