Review summary

Very disappointed in the cruise. The air did not work in our rooms. When we called, they sent someone down to our rooms. All they did was take the temperature in the rooms. In 2 of our rooms, they brought fans but the 3rd room, they said they ran out of fans. Never once an apology for not having air, never even offered to move us, nothing. Was not happy fighting to get the milk we needed daily. We offered to bring the milk we needed from home but was told no they would have it.

We just sailed on the conquest May 19th & had no problems. We completely enjoyed our cruise. It was our 3rd with carnival & will continue cruising with them.

I've sailed Royal Caribbean and have had issues here and there--it happens. Unless you're cruising with a very pricey, luxury company, there will always be problems...some large, some small.

5 cruises with carnival and loved them all. I'm sure there are some problems but the grass is not greener on the other side. Unfortunate there were problems. Hope your future cruises are better. Looking forward to the conquest in October. 🚢👍

Carnival is by far not the worst, so don't even try to go there. They happen to care very much, for your information. We've had several situations where they've cared very much. From the room stewards, to guest services, to the cruise directors, to John Heald himself and so on and so on. This person just just an unfortunate situation happen. So take your money and run sir. Please

Yeah Carnival is the worst. Had a lot of issues on me and my wife's 25th Anniversary in March. They just don't care.... Take your hard earned money and run !

Wonderful

We had a blast, it was fun and exciting the whole 5 days

This was the first f many cruises for me and my children. We all had a blast. There was so much to do and my children were never bored. We will definitely book a carnival cruise again.
