Review summary
Very disappointed in the cruise. The air did not work in our rooms. When we called, they sent someone down to our rooms. All they did was take the temperature in the rooms. In 2 of our rooms, they brought fans but the 3rd room, they said they ran out of fans. Never once an apology for not having air, never even offered to move us, nothing. Was not happy fighting to get the milk we needed daily. We offered to bring the milk we needed from home but was told no they would have it.Embarkation
