Overall the ship is great, as one would expect with a new ship, and the crew seemed eager to please. We have sailed on Carnival in the past so know what to expect in terms of service, meals, and entertainment. Despite being at near capacity of 6700 passengers, deck chairs at the Lido pool or in the vicinity were not hard to come by. There are several pools, and the Serenity area seems to be larger than on smaller ships. Bar service and restaurant service was great, sometimes excellent, sometimes just okay, but with a new ship and probably some new crew members, all in all they did a great job. We have been to all t he ports in the past, and everybody has their own opinions of what they want to do or see in a port, so to me it is really what you want to do that counts, not so much the actual port. We did choose this cruise to experience the new ship, since we have been to these ports, but certainly had a great time in all 4 ports. I will say that the change to the sliding door on the balcony cabins to the balcony and the solid glass shower door that has been used on the Mardi Gras and Celebration are very welcomed upgrades from previous ships. Some say it makes the bathroom feel smaller, but it is still a cruise ship bathroom, and it is what it is.

The ship is wonderful it is too bad it is in Miami, the port needs to be reworked and the parking is not convenient for handicapped or elderly people

The ship is beautiful, the crew and staff are awesome in every way. All our stops were great. And with all that said , I think that my husband and myself really like the smaller ships due to the amount of walking. Also a better chance of getting a slot machine to play without waiting 2+ hours to grab a machine.

Overall, this cruise was relaxing, enjoyable, and worth the cost. I would definitley consider cruising on this ship again. The weather was great. The days were sunny, bright, and warm. There was so much to discover and check out on the ship. By the way, some of the soft serve ice cream machines can get shut down due to passenger misuse. Maybe Carnival will keep the machines manned at all times...Something to consider.

The ship, being new, had some gliches to correct. We came to the conclusion that we prefer the smaller ships with less passengers.

Enjoyed ourselves, ports were special, entertainment superb, staff fantastic, ship activities plentiful, food was average to fair. I’d rather pay an $18 surcharge in the specialty restaurants Chibang & Cucina like Vista class and get a better meal! Main dining room was inconsistent. If you had a veteran waiter it was better, food served hot and on time, most of the time, food was not hot and took forever to finish. Once, 2.5 hours ( missed a show), 2 hours another time out of eating 5 times in main dining venue.

The check in experience ruined the cruise from the start and it was hard to enjoy knowing that we travelled all the way to the UK and spent a lot of money to initially be refused admittance on the cruise due to poor communication to the check in management not knowing the current Covid 19 regulations that was sent out to passengers.

The cruise was great, we met so many nice people and made longtime friends. The crew were so friendly and helpful. The ship is really nice. I can't wait to cruise on the Celebration again.

Really liked the ship with the large choice for venues. Looking forward to sailing on her again in the fall.

Very confusing, had to rely on carnival hub on your cell phone for everything. All announcements were not throughout the ship and if they were they were very muffled. Didn’t know about time difference on different ports of call almost missed ship very upsetting

The ship is nice and clean. Most places still smells brand new.

This was the best Carnival Cruise ever. There were lots of activities and with the exception of the dinning room, the food was awesome. Big Chicken is a big hit!

Great new ship. Seeing more and more cut backs with service and amenities.

We simply enjoyed everything! The lack of crowds was most shocking. We cannot say enough about this boat other than, A+++

While we had a really good family trip, we were sorely disappointed by the food and service experiences onboard. There were too many bad meals and bad service experiences to let me say it was a great cruise. It was challenging with a child to be honest, a lot of meals were a bit of a struggle which made the trip difficult.

New ships are always great! Was not sure about liking size of ship but everything was great!

An amazing, beautiful, and pristine ship. So many dining and beverage options. I definitely recommend the Western Caribbean itinerary over the Eastern.

Beautiful ship. The crew was great. Pat our cabin attendant was absolutely lovely. Very good at her job and just a sweet person. I wish her all the best and hope to see her again.

Carnival Celebration is a large ship. I had a wonderful time. However I never have a bad time when I cruise. Your Vacation is what you make of it. Plan accordingly as there is so much to see and do on the ship. Never a dull moment!
