Loved the Carnival Breeze. Nice ship, great service and food. Guys Burgers is awesome!! Movie night was also fun. When we wanted to escape the party area of the ship, the Serenity deck was sooooo nice and comfortable. Spent hours up there. I did think that the evening shows could use some improvement, but the comedians were good. Overall a great adventure and I would go on this ship again!

The ship was absolutely beautiful, there are no complaints about the ship itself. Some of their sales tactics onboard were very shady. My wife and two other ladies took a tour of the spa on the first day, and one of the offerings was for teeth whitening. they were told it would cost $149 for up to six shades lighter for six years. But once I got in the chair, you do get the six shades lighter, but in order to get the six year protection, that would cost another $150, and they didn't say that while on the tour, otherwise I wouldn't have done it.  The carnival hub app didn't work right for me, the wifi kept dropping and would never work consistently.  That was quite frustrating. We also had a problem with some of the pictures taken. They screwed up one, and we just asked for a discount, but they made a federal case over it. Again, the ship was beautiful, just a few internal issues.

It is beautiful and I will recommend for others.

Cheking at departure was good but it took longer to exit in Galveston.

The food was good we eat a lot of food no one got sick. It is health good.

We loved out waiters, Ryan and Bronko.  They were wonderful.  We sat in their section every night.

Our cabin was always cleaned perfectly.  and Mikey was truly entertaining.

I thought the crew on the ship were excellent.  The stateroom with balcony was very spacious. The dining room every evening was really nice.  The nightly entertainment was just ok. Ordering drinks in the casino took at least 20-30 mins.

noticed that the bar maids were making them. My husband had to go down to guest services because they double charged us for drinks and the person was laughing at him as though he was tying to get away with something.  Stay away from the casino!!!

The Cruise itself was great. The pools on the boat were too small, the jacuzzi water were cold. The food was good but they didn't give the variety of food I have seen on other cruises. Overall the cruise was great but Carnival need to take a good look at the pool design on this ship. A apartment swimming polo was bigger then the one on the boat. Also, Carnival needs to think about a indoor jacuzzi (hot ub).

First time on the Breeze. She is a beautiful ship.

Food was just okay. Remember when you first started cruising and you looked forward to dinner? Not so much now. You can get the same food at the buffet.  Nothing special about it now.

Also, spa pool that is supposed to be so relaxing was COLD and I had to go into the sauna to warm up.  

I sound as though I had a horrible time and like to complain.  Nothing further from the truth.  I had a good time. She IS a beautiful ship.  Room steward Mara was wonderful. Casino paid ME this time instead of me donating like normal.

Just wasn't special.

The ship was very clean. The staff was awesome....thanks Arsana and katut for great service and taking the time to talk with us and help us learn a little about your culture. The entertainment was good. I'm a picky eater but always found something good to eat.

The boat was great and food was good and plentiful.  I was disappointed with the locations we stopped and our excursions. When you got off the ship at the 3 ports you were herded though the shopping area before you got to your tour.

The wheel chair access for disabled folks was quite a mess!! while on our way to check in for reserved wheel chair met a Carnival individual with an empty wheel chair, asked if my husband could use this chair, was told he had just delivered a passenger off the cruise ship and was headed back up for another, so could not take my husband on board at this time. so empty wheel chair was headed back up on board does this make sense? ended up waiting for over 45 minutes for a chair only to be taken up to check-in floor. Then another wait of over 30 mins for chair to actually take my husband on board ship. This plan needs to be looked at and hopefully will be easier in the future.

Next concern, dining assignment. This has happened TWICE now. Our staterooms are towards the front of the ship on Decks 10, 11, yet we have been sent to the AFT Dining room, WHY? Both times we changed to mid dining, not a problem but another concern to deal with.

Next concern; NO FOX NEWS, only local Fox Channel from Miami, why no Fox News or Fox Business channel? CNN UGH! Not a fan.

Good things: Veterans meeting on board is awesome. Staff are wonderful, cruise director Mickey was outstanding as were dining staff. Overall great experience, just please forward to Carnival the wheel chair confusion. Not a great start to cruise for sure.

Our dining staff and our room steward were excellent - they went over and beyond our expectations. The staff at the Guest Services desk were not friendly nor helpful. The entertainment staff was disappointing - specifically for Bingo. After we bought our cards to play the $3,000 game, they informed us that if they did not have a winner (in a blackout game) within 49 numbers - the prize would be reduced. This should have been stated before cards were purchased. The prize was reduced to $800 - quite a difference in winnings (not me). I did ask for a refund on my card purchase and was never even given the courtesy of a reply. The Breeze has a problem on Deck 11 as exhaust fumes from the engines fall on the rear of the ship. It falls on the chairs and stains your clothes - diesel is next to impossible to get out of your clothes. They completely remove all cushions there on the last day of the cruise - bummer. I do not like having no smoking section on the decks with pools. If you are a smoker, you have to leave the pool area to smoke - the deck should be split so that smokers can remain "by the pool". Our ports of call were very good, we especially enjoyed Belize City and Roatan.

555 Steakhouse.  We ate there 6 out of the seven night stay!   I would like to give Olga, Anatasia, and Nina for the wonderful service every evening!  Made up for the other areas that need severe attention

This was our second cruise and it was even more enjoyable than the first.  Honduras was by far the best port to visit!!  Food onboard was excellent.  Highly recommend the Italian restaurant!  Already planning our next cruise!

Favorite part was our server at the pool. The Thriller theater was great. The drink package was not so good the bars didn't open early enough. A mimosa with breakfast would have been nice or a bloody mary.

 a nice cruise and very friendly crew and the pizza was great at the 24 hr pizza place, we would cruise again if price was good.they need to give more information to people on what is going on that day in you room

had great service for our cabin and our dinner table.  weather was great.

MIke the cruise director was probably or favorite he was wonderful

Not that impressed with Montego Bay,   you should go to the other port in Jamaica 

Would totally recommend this cruise to anyone wanting to have a great and memorable time.  It was our first cruise and we enjoyed everything about the entire trip.  The ship was great, the staff was exceptional and the food and entertainment was awesome.

My trip was awesome on Carnival Breeze!  Everything was great from the staff, food, entertainment and activities!  I would love to cruise on Breeze again!

My husband and I are 3 time cruisers; this was our 4th cruise but our 1st time sailing with... our 3 year old daughter!  I had some nerves about it, but everything went well.  As always, the service, food, and fun was on par.  My daughter LOVED Camp Ocean, the Breeze's 2-5 year old "camp."  We went to Montego Bay, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel.   We booked excursions at each stop, and everything flowed smoothly although we wished we had more time after the excursions to wander around the ports - but sadly that really wasn't a great option for us anyway as the 3 year old had passed out in our arms and carrying her around was not feasible.  Grand Cayman's port did not have strollers for rent. 

The Breeze is a lovely ship, more modern than some of the others we've been on; the rooms felt more spacious as well (we were in the cheapest interior).  My only complaint would have been the cleanliness.  The walls in the lobby were stained from people dropping drinks (and whatever/wherever else your imagination can take you) from the higher decks.  The light fixtures in the lobby that you could see up close from higher decks were filthy and dusty.   The corner of the shower in my room had mildew sitting in it; I kept waiting for it to get spotted by our (otherwise) awesome steward, but he never cleaned itt and I didn't have the heart to bug him about it. 

So there were a couple little things but nothing I cared enough to complain about.

My favorite part of the cruise was watching the amazing shows that Carnival put on.  We loved visiting all of the ports!! We had so much fun on our excursions! We loved sleeping on the water!  It rocked us to sleep!
