Literally the worst cruise EVER!! No staff, food was terrible. The people on board throwing food, fighting, screaming all hours of the night! Playing their loud rap music all hours of the night! Literally OAK CLIFF DALLAS on a boat! If Carnival caters to this type of people they will go bankrupt!

This has made us just want to book another cruise and we can not wait. I was very unaware of anything and Everything had me in aweee the drinks wayan was always amazing and also Frankie the bartender

Overall, it was a really good cruise. I would have given a higher score if there was more food options/quality was better. The staff was great, the room was clean but is showing its age and could use an upgrade.

Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and spending time with the Carnival staff. We noticed how kind everyone was, even if they were roaming around the ship "off the clock" (i.e. we met the Director of Hospitality at one point and she gave us some tidbits about the ship we were parked next to). As soon as we got home my partner was already looking at new cruises to potentially book. A note about the app: I found it difficult to find room service information and the different menus for different times of the day. In addition, I wish there was a place where you could see all hours of the buffet in one place. It was confusing to know when it was closed as they prepare for the next meal. It would also be nice to receive an email of the receipt you give us on our last day. It was also listed within the app, but that disappeared as soon as the cruise ended (which was frustrating). I like to have physical and virtual copies of charges/receipts.

The cruise itself was amazing but I can down sick on the 4th day, which turned out to be Covid Even after taking precautions I still ended up sick

Overall loved cruise. Suggestions to improve: 1) supply hair conditioner (even if in little bottles). 2)Answer phones in guest services (we tried several times and never got thru) 3)hang signs on ceiling for public bathrooms so people can find them. 4)give out all advertised prizes in Bingo 5) Don't separate families during disembarkation - create a designated standing area where they can still see each other. 6)On-board medical was lousy. I hurt my finger on a door and needed a splint. Medical area said they could not give me a splint unless I saw the doctor (for a fee of $125). RIDICULOUS.

Throughout the cruise moving floor to floor as a person with disabilities was hard. There needs to be 1 or more special elevators. Main dining room meals were very disappointing

This was a great cruise. It was only the wife and me. We planned our day with the carnival app and always had something to do. The food and entertainment were great. Staff super friendly and drinks were cold

I was ok until the disembarkment! The worst, I will consider not cruising again on carnival. I almost had a medical emergency it was so hot with so many people trying to get off the ship. And most were not wearing masks. It’s not worth my health!

This was our first Carnival cruise. It was the most crowded feeling ship I've been on. I think a lot of that came from the strange layout and the small, slow elevators. But it was also difficult to find a seat at any bar and every meal was met with cramped lines wrapping around nearby seating areas. We did have an overall nice time, but it really felt like paying a little more for a different cruise line would have been worth it.

First cruise but given lots of pointers from friends that cruise. It took a good day to become familiar with the layout of the ship and know where everything was. The app helped a lot with daily activities and menus.

Great first cruise experience. Can't wait to cruise again!

Would recommend to anyone that wants to get away.

We had a great time. We love the instructional seminars to walk us through what to do. The cruise director was fantastic!! The food was really good.

WE ENJOYED THIS CRUISE AND WE WILL COME AGAIN! EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL AND MADE US FEEL SPECIAL! THANK YOU FOR ALL THE EVENTS YOU HAD AND ALL THE GREAT MUSIC. THE EXCURSIONS WERE TOO RUSH RUSH FOR ME BUT OH WELL STILL ENJOYED THEM AS MUCH AS I COULD.

Awesome first cruise. Plenty of fun things to do. Dining staff was great. Going with friends that have cruised helped us to not become overwhelmed. Most staff checks on you and asks about your experience which is great. Rico did a wonderful job filling in. Kept moment and excitement going. Food and drinks - oh my!! Great first cruise.

All in all, I would not recommend this cruise for a family trip unless you have older children.

Cruise was great. Efendi was our waiter for dinner and he was great, so was jhammel that was our room service person. Cruise coordinator Jasper was also amazing!

This cruise ship was decent. I enjoyed the Vista ship better. The food and drinks are an important factor for me. Also I would like live jazz music and maybe a bigger venue for the adult comedy show.
