Overall loved cruise. Suggestions to improve: 1) supply hair conditioner (even if in little bottles). 2)Answer phones in guest services (we tried several times and never got thru) 3)hang signs on ceiling for public bathrooms so people can find them. 4)give out all advertised prizes in Bingo 5) Don't separate families during disembarkation - create a designated standing area where they can still see each other. 6)On-board medical was lousy. I hurt my finger on a door and needed a splint. Medical area said they could not give me a splint unless I saw the doctor (for a fee of $125). RIDICULOUS.

a bit confusing as to where to check in your luggage, otherwise good

We mainly ate at the Blush restaurant. The food was very good and our waiter, Efendi, was wonderful.
Onboard Activities

shows and comedy shows were great. Wished there was more to do. did not consider many of the listings, such as the Effy "shows", to be entertainment. Was very unhappy with one if the bingo games, It advertised a $5,000 prize, but never gave out that prize. Since you obviously program the winning cards ahead if time, proven by the fact that your board shows how many people qualified for prizes, this feels like false advertising to me. Your price to play Bingo is quite high ($48) and the grand prize should have been awarded. We will not play bingo again if we cruise again.

Cabin / Stateroom

I was nervous to stay in an interior room, but it was great. it was quiet and clean and just the right size.
we did not like this excursion. We took the bus to downtown and were dropped off in a sketchy looking area with no instructions or signs as to how to get to the downtown market area. We did not feel safe or know what to do
A mess and poorly run. WORST part was a woman customs officer who asked if I had alchol. I answered "yes" and she told me to go to a table but would not allow my husband to go with me. There are thousands of people disembarking the ship. It is ridiculous to split up families in this crowd. This woman was extremely rude
Thanks for sharing your cruise. The rudest people we have ever had on a cruise work in the terminals. Never had a problem on the ship.Seattle they are really ugly
Love an inside cabin best . Have had a window and a balcony before a waste of my money. Was never in my cabin long enough to enjoy it. That's how much fun I had. I cruise 2 to 3 times a year so I need my money to pay for all my cruises. 😂
