Review summary

First cruise but given lots of pointers from friends that cruise. It took a good day to become familiar with the layout of the ship and know where everything was. The app helped a lot with daily activities and menus.

Lines were long but moved fast. Agent was very pleasant.

Loved the steakhouse and Guy’s burgers. Other food was good but got tired of it near the end.

Onboard Activities

Enjoyed the sports court. Volleyball and dodge ball were a lot of fun. They were always playing basketball.

Entertainment

Jasper was our host and he was phenomenal. He was everywhere and had so much energy and positive messages. The DJ was awesome. We also enjoyed the stage shows and live band.

Service and Staff

Waiters were so nice and accommodating. They knew our names and made sure we had everything we needed. The room steward took excellent care of us.

Ship Quality

Everything was clean and well maintained. Our only problem was the laundry rooms. The soap dispensers didn’t work and the machines didn’t always work. Staff did not come very quickly to assist. I spent 3 hours trying to get one load done.

Cabin / Stateroom

Loved that it had 2 restrooms to allow the 3 of us space and time to get ready. There is adequate space to hang clothes and shelves for other items. Beds were comfortable.
