The Caribbean Princess was a fun ship but needed updating in all areas. It was clean and staff was very helpful. All Princess ship are the same in design so easy to find everything. Do wish they would have a little more fun activities in the mornings. I would recommend this ship.

We used any time dining and only had to wait 3 minutes for a table once. The room service food was really good. So was the grill for hamburgers and hot dogs near the pool. Didn't care for the food @ Vines at all. Room service liquor was small bottles. Why???

Anytime dining worked for us. We rarely had to wait for more than 5 minutes to be seated if we shared a table. This gave us the opportunity to meet new people each night. We met a great couple early on and started going out with them each night for drinks, dinner and activities.

Don't just do the buffets. The sit down dining rooms are great with fine waiters and servers. We enjoyed meeting these folks immensely. Also, the desserts in the dining rooms are much better than the ones on the buffet and you can get as many as you like.

All food was excellent! The chef even made a special omelet for me and my roommate when we missed the line closing for breakfast by a few minutes. WONDERFUL!

On all the excursions that serve lunch....expect Boiled chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy. We thought we would be experiencing some local fare but this was given to us on all five trips.

The ship needs some attention like on the outside of the veranda aluminum doors framing, but the ship was clean and we still enjoyed the whole trip. The ship cruised through the small swells with ease,
