friends was a "bad Boat" too many complaints, don't go on it. Caribbean princess just out of dry dock, perfect ship now. (unknown to us: on dry dock for RFID application/which I would never use 24 hours in my life, and is likely unsafe to have a level needed to monitor all passenger whereabouts): RFID enables Princess to charge you faster, and not show you a proper bill. Balcony area looked old, and both sides open to other staterooms/Broken. No one checked on this while boat being turned around for next cruise? Room was full of vibration> Floor next to bed actually vibrating. When we were in bed, attempted to use earplugs and sleep, but at 1 am, throat burning from diesel fumes from smoke stacks, Called Supervisor, moved us to another forward room, Quiet, no vibration. I have a video of the smoke from smokestacks at 0100 curling around and going into rooms starboard and aft> Princess denies this is toxic fumes. I beg to differ. The staff stopped denying the problem existed until I informed them of my video, then they were SILENT. Friends in high places: my friends in 8000K Suite had broken a/c for 2 days, water dripping down wall into bucket in hallway for3 +days and then a horrible mold smell in hallway. Outside their deck, loud vibration engine noise. Unable to enjoy the outside area. Couch in their room tired/old cushions warn. Princess owes them a huge refund. They will not be getting one. Our neighbors saw us moving out of our unsafe stateroom. They too c/o vibration and sewage smell in their room. OMG, She stated was told nothing can be done...? Princess sent my date/time stamped video of smoke and c/o vibrating floor etc. Boat unstable in quiet seas. Side to side Rolling way to fast/frequently. Even on last evening. I was hoping we would not have a "real" problem. I am a boater and it sounded and felt like the stabilizer as well as the engine needed repair. THIS WAS a Complaint ON LINE FEB 2018. ( My brother looked this up for me when I got home ).LOOK UP CARIBEAN PRINCESS: PRINCESS HAS NOT DONE A THING TO REMEDY THIS BOAT. PLEASE TAKE NOTE. Princess customer service rep at 520 pm called me and was extremely rude. Offered me 100.00 on a future cruise. I stated this was insulting. She stated she would then withdraw the offer. I accepted that, will never go on another princess cruise. I believe she had had a day full of complaints and I was the very last as she was off at 530 pm. She would not refer me to a supervisor, stated she was the last person I would be talking to at princess. I wished her to have a good evening:) What really good customer service. :( Take note: Customer safety/comfort not the priority. Making money exposing us to RFID / Safety of engine questionable, Stabilizer on boat questionable, Diesel /mold/sewage smell real . Disembarkation: 1 1/2hours on bus waiting for ride to airport. We were almost late for our flight. Do not use Princess transfer. Thank you for listening.
