Review summary

Not really sure if I would take this cruise line again. I think everyone should have been given internet access. If you just charge an additional fee of say $50 and just include it with the package of the cruise it would go a long way. Again your marketing strategy should

Cabin / Stateroom

I complained from day 1 about mold in the room. Thought it was the shower curtain. Turned out to be towels in the ceiling collecting water. I am highly allergic to mold pores. Had asthma attack after asthma attack. Then the leaks started in the bathroom ceiling. They fixed it with more towels and then I had to put a towel over my face to go to the bathroom so I could breathe. Then two days later another leak in a different part but still by the bathroom into our clothes area. They fixed that one with more towels. By this time I could not even enter the room without having an asthma attack. On day 8 they gave us a new room. I was finally able to breathe in our new room even though it was only for two nights. They should have moved us day 1.

Ship tip

Take your own pictures. The ones they take are way over priced. They would have more people buying them. What a waste of printed pictures. They should be $5 or $10 not $25. That should rethink that market strategy.

Ports of call

Falmouth, Jamaica

No excursion. We walked around the port.

Cartagena, Colombia

We did an excursion. Touring the city by horse and carriage. There was no tour just a rushed horse and carriage ride. I guess the tour consisted of the lady on the bus talking.

Cristobal, Panama

2 out of 5
We did an excursion doing all of the locks. The boat was over booked. The inside of the boat smelled so bad of diesel fuel fumes. They was not enough seating for everyone. The food was horrible.

Puerto Limon, Costa Rica

3 out of 5
We did the excursion of the sloth and jaguar rescue center. While it was very interesting, the animals were not there. They had a few baby monkeys and a few cats. The jungle was a little more interesting. We got to see them in the wild. The lunch was served too late. We should had eaten before we went to the jungle not after. We had lunch at 3 which was very good. But way too late.

George Town, Grand Cayman

We could not go to thus port due to high swells.

Disembarkation

We were taken personally due to the amount of money that we spent on the cruise.

I'd rather not pay the $50 for YOU to spend YOUR cruise surfing the net.

Why should everyone pay more just cause you want to play on the internet during vacation.
