Review summary

Our ten day cruise on the Caribbean Princess with partial transit of the Panama Canal was perfect in every way from start to finish! The staff and crew were exceptionally warm and welcoming and the ports of call were interesting and mostly very picturesque, with the exception of Limon, Costa Rica, which isn't spectacular unless one takes an excursion beyond the port and city itself, which we were unable to do due to accessibility. The food on the ship was delicious in every venue and the staterooms were clean and well maintained. The public areas were very nicely decorated and the entertainment on board was fab! Three cheers for this "Love Boat"!!

Cabin / Stateroom

This is an accessibile cabin that enabled me to park my scooter and still have room to get around. Always very clean.

We loved the little eco zoo in port.

Panama Canal (Cruise Into Canal)

An unbeatable experience!!

Cristobal, Panama

3 out of 5
There is really nothing to do in this port. We bought some souvenire and watched some dancers.

Puerto Limon, Costa Rica

3 out of 5
We went to the little port market. Unless one takes an excurion into the rainforest, there really isn't a whole lot to do in Limon, which is rather sketchy.

George Town, Grand Cayman

4 out of 5
The cruise port is adorable with many shops and restaurants.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
We tranferred directly to another ship. The process went very smoothely.

Thanks for the review and so glad you enjoyed. We did the Panama Canal a year ago and really enjoyed it.

Thank you for taking the time to write a good review. We see so many negative ones, it’s really great to see someone appreciate their trip.
