Ok. Needed a balcony to enjoy the trip. Other than that it was fun.

My only disappointment about Princess is the constant up-selling of of everything. Everyday we would come back to our room with more brochures about upcoming cruises, jewelry sales, photo's always wanted to be taken, etc. I want to enjoy myself and not be dodging the photographer or the server wanting to sell the drink of the day. We prefer traveling on Azamara where everything but the tours are including in the pricing (including all gratuities). Plus they include some types of wine, beer and other alcohol and we didn't see anyone overserve themselves. Also love the smaller ships where the passengers are less than 700 and the crew is around 400 (excellent customer service).

Cruise was nice but disappointed by cigarette smoke smell on ship. Had I known this I would have taken a different crusie

Loved our cruise and love Princess! 7 days of smooth sailing and perfect weather. We never got off the ship. We leisured around the pool and played cribbage and just enjoyed the ship.

We had such a wonderful time on the Caribbean Princess. Everything from start to finish was perfect. It's hard to understand how people could write bad reviews about the ship and crew. Highly recommend the Caribbean Princess!!

Just got off Caribbean Princess on Saturday. First time on a Princess ship! We were very impressed about everything. The medallion process was wonderful and quick in every way. Embarkation and disembarkation very smooth and quick. Food wonderful, and everyone who worked on this ship was very cheerful, making eye contact and smiling, and very helpful. Ship was top notch clean- The only suggestion for upcoming cruisers is to get to the Theater at least 30 minutes prior to showtimes because it is very small and fills quickly.

We absolutely loved this cruise. Weather was perfect, ports were fantastic and the ship was super.

My son's, husband and I just finished our Eastern Caribbean Cruise. The crew was very professional 😁 and the ship was very clean and nice. I would recommend it to anyone wishing to go SPRING BREAK is a great time to go.❣️

Very relaxing and Caribbean Princess was a a wonderful ship, with a lot to do and really not enough time to do them all.

This was out first cruise and we were very happy with it. Have now booked our next with Princess.

Great cruise. If you’re looking for a more laid back atmosphere instead of the young party scene, then I would recommend a princess cruise.

The weather was wonderful- except one day was windy . The staff was exceptional. The casino hostess and the dealers and waiters are great. I love the movie selections in the room AND the fabulous Medallion Internet. The buffet food was great - and the ice cream and grill outside the pool. I love this ship and have already booked another cruise on it this year!

We stayed in the Vista Suite Cabin #D737 on the Caribbean Princess. The room exceeded our expectations.....cleaned twice a day with fresh towels, chocolates at bed turndown time, we’d return to our suite for beautiful surprises ( sparkling wine, fresh fruit basket, chocolates, etc). Angelito our room steward provided excellent service and friendly conversations. The balcony was beautiful for the views at sea and in port, eating breakfast on it, and relaxing and reading in our lounge chairs. We’d do the same suite again on our next cruise.

A great first cruise! The staff works their tails off and the medallion made everything very efficient! I’m ready to go back, I’m hooked! I went with a group of 5 and we all did our own thing and met for dinner. The excursions were interesting and fun. I’m never much on buffets, but I was quite happy with what the ship had to offer. My biggest complaint is that the alcohol is so expensive, but otherwise the whole experience was great!

Excellent experience great customer service and great everything

The first part of the cruise was relaxing. The exposure to the medical facilities and the extremely large bill left me in shock and because of this we will probably stop cruising altogether. Not worth the risk.

It was for our honeymoon and the activities had been lacking as I said but as a Travel Agent, I got this cruise as a prize for graduating from the Princess Academy. So really not too concerned with that.

We were looking forward to our first Princess Cruise but left very disappointed. We have never had a bad cruise experience and never written a bad review but this was just crazy how poor the quality of the food and service were. Only once in 7 days did a wait staff ask if we would like a drink (rarely could you even find staff). Dining room food was mostly bland, tasteless or tough with very few choices available althought the one evening there were ribs as an appie that were very tasty. Breakfast there were only 2 new choices per day and when it was delivered it was stone cold. Not lukewarm. Stone cold. Butter was always hard and toast was always cold. I ordered eggs benny and it was so cold it wasn't edible. Not once did I have a piece of fruit that was ripe. I figured by halfway through the week it would ripen but no, must have been a new batch of unripe fruit arriving mid week. Understandable given that so much needs to be brought on board but dissapointing nonetheless when all you want is a tasty piece of ripened fruit. Tried the movie one night - no staff in site, no cookie, no popcorn. Ship wasn't clean. Staff seemed as tired as the ship. We have done 11 cruises and 10 of them I'd rate at an 8+. This one I eeked out a 2.3 and that was only because our dining room staff were such nice people who worked so hard. We didn't even have the heart to complain about the food. We just left the meals uneaten most evenings. We have friends who rave about Princess so we will chaulk this up to a tired ship and tired crew but we won't risk travelling with this line again.
