Great cruise. If you’re looking for a more laid back atmosphere instead of the young party scene, then I would recommend a princess cruise.

I was expecting the embarkation to take a while. I was wrong! It was completely easy and fast! We had everything ready on the Ocean Ready app and has our Medallions delivered to our house so we had them for embarkation. I highly recommend having them delivered to your home instead of picking up at port.

Let me start off by saying that I’m a horribly picky eater! Others on this ship who aren’t, thought the food was great. I however wouldn’t say great. It was edible and not bad but not great for me. I never did eat at the specialty restaurants because we were so busy doing other things so I can’t comment on that but the buffet was just ok. Also, we had the soda package but chasing down a soda was horrible. Most of the time, our food would be finished before we ever got a soda if we ordered from one of the many stewards walking around the ship. As far as I know, the bars are the only place you can get a soda and they’re usually very busy. Also only 1 bar was open early of a morning so if you’re a soda drinker, I highly recommend taking some cans with you on the ship to have in your room. The ice cream bar is excellent! Definitely try a frappe or cappuccino, they’re great!

The pools are super easy to get in to. Not a lot of people were ever in them. This is where my child spent most of his time. They constantly have things going on but it’s mostly for adults. They don’t have much for kids.

Kids clubs lacked a lot. My child checked out and opted for the pool. This cruise line seems to be geared more toward older people and so Children’s activities lack a lot.

Our room steward was the sweetest and absolutely great. We always came back to a super clean room. Waiters were always friendly and helpful.

Cabin / Stateroom

We chose an inside cabin because we knew that most of our time would be spent out of the room. I was a little apprehensive thinking it would be too small but it wasn’t for us. The shower was a little small and uncomfortable to use but not unmanageable. The cabin was always clean and the beds are amazing! Super comfortable beds!
Ship tip
If you drink something besides water or milk, bring some on board with you!
Another beautiful stop! Definitely recommend going to Ocean World and swimming with the dolphins. We all had the best time with the dolphins, it was a trip to remember!
My favorite place on the trip. Beautiful waters and beaches. I would recommend going to Jacks Shack for some jerk chicken or other delicious food. They have plenty of free lawn chairs to choose from but I would recommend renting one up front with an umbrella.
