The ship was the biggest we have been on but once we got the layout down we were on our way - everyone on board was wonderful our Room Steward "Ricardo" was the best - we asked he delivered!

This was our first cruise (we are in our mid 30's) and had high expectations. We thought the ship was laid out very well (despite getting lost a few times - who doesn't in the beginning?), very clean and had a great ambiance. The food was great, always a nice variety. We didn't fany getting dressed up every night for the set dinners, so we ate at the buffet which always had a nice variety of food and was themed on most nights. We opted to do the taxi tours at a few ports as this gave us a brief overview of each of the islands. Would recommend doing that as it's much cheaper than the cruise tours and gives you plenty of time to wander around the port town. We would definitely go on a cruise again, not sure if it would be an annual event though.

This was our first time on Princess. He have sailed on Carnival, Royal Caribbean and Norwegian in the past. We have heard so many great things about Princess and probably because of this, we had high expectations of this cruise line. This particular cruise had the best ports of call over all of the other cruise lines, and this is why we chose this particular one. The staff seemed "tired" and had no interest in many of the passengers that were on board. Also, the bar staff could not even tell us what the drink of the day was (and this happened more than once). The person who made up our room did a great job in cleaning and keeping everything in stock, but when asked why we didn't get a towel animal in the evenings, he stated that he only does that for children. Although these little things may not seem like a big deal, I expected Princess to go the extra mile and stand out from the rest. Perhaps these are just isolated instances, but we saw and experience so many more minor issues throughout the cruise, but I think you get the idea. Would we cruise on Princess again? Perhaps. For us, the most important issue are the ports of call; second comes the cruise ship itself. The ship itself is clean and roomy, the excursions are fantastic, but expect an older crowd on-board with a staff that may not go "out of their way" for you.

The ship is nice, however, Princess needs to update, freshen, replace carpet and put a little more sparkle to the ship.

This cruise surpassed my expectations. The food was my greatest concern before taking it and it proved to be excellent. Even the buffet was very good.

They serve instant coffee!!!! How can a cruise line brag about their food and then serve instant coffee??? We heard many, many complaints about the poor quality of the coffee. If you pay them an additional $28 per person, you can get brewed coffee, but they don't tell you this upfront. When we didn't want to buy water at dinner, we had to find our own water for refills. Salt and pepper were items we frequently had to leave our table to search for. In many food areas, your only drink choice available requires you to purchase a soda or water at $2.50 to $4 each.

Food quality was good, not excellent. Variety of entertainment and other activities was excellent.

The best vacation ever. I was celebrating my 60th birthday and I will always remember this trip for the rest of my life.

Very nice ship, clean & very well maintained. Staff is super friendly & there is something to do at all times. The Spa it is really amazing with the amenities it got to offer & their staff is Superb!!!

We stayed on the Carribbean Princess for our honeymoon getaway. We traveled the Southern Carribbean. Our ports were: Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, Antigua, St. Lucia, and Barbados! We cannot speak enough about our great getaway. This was our first cruise, so we really didn't know what to expect. We were so pampered! We loved all of our ports we visited. Highly recommend booking shore excs. on all ports. That wasy you know you are going to have a great time seeing the great parts of what the islands have to offer. Also we can't say enough great things about the food, expecially the main seated dining rooms. Not only is the food ( all4 courses) wonderful, the staff is awesome. really gets to know what you prefer and just cater to you! Over all this is a wonderful cruise!!!

We took our two sons (ages 12 and 14) with us on a cruise during winter break from school. Each boy had a wonderful time with their age-group club on the Carribean Princess. My husband and I were able to enjoy dining and entertainment on board without worrying that our boys were having a great time without us. The food was so good on the Carribean Princess. I've cruised with other lines, but the service and helpfulness of the crew on this ship is unmatched. We hated to leave the boat, but the islands and ports were gorgeous and fun. Make sure you snorkle with the turtles in St. Thomas and Barbados!

The itinerary was great; enough time in each port and it was great to see 5 different islands on a 1 week trip. Getting on and off the ship was a breeze and clearing customs in San Juan was easy.

This was our 4th Princess Cruise and the Caribbean Princess met all of our expectations based upon prior experiences and compares very favorably with other ships we have cruised.

A BEAUTIFUL SHIP..JUST A BAD EXPERIENCE BEING QUARATINEED FOR A VIRUS I DID NOT HAVE BY A DOCTOR I DID NOT SEE OVER THE PHONE..I SPENT TWO DAYS IN CAPTIVITY ...LOST FORTY PER CENT OF MY VACATION..FROM THIS SLOPPY OPERATION..I WANT A REFUND ..MY WIFE DID NOT GET SICK AND SHE SLEPT INTHE BED BESIDE ME..NOR DID MY FRIEND WHO SLEPT WITH HIS WIFE THAT SUPPOSEDLY HAD IT TOO..WE BOTH ATE TAINTED FOOD THE FIRST DAY AND KNEW WHEN WE DID IT..BUT I COULD NOT GET THE DUMB DOCTOR TO LISTEN HE WAS TOO BUSY TELLING ME I HAD NORO VIRUS...A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE..E. Though the ship was alot of fun this cruise is for an older crowd. If you are over 60 this is a good ship to go on. The food was not bad but not great. The ports were exceptional...I really enjoyed going ashore.

We just completed our first cruise on the Caribbean Princess to New England and all I can say is "Wow!". The ship is much larger than all our prior ships we have sailed on and we had no idea what to expect. The piazza in the center of the ship was the main stay for nightlife. Lots to do throughout the cruise either by day or by night. The ship's beautiful decor was not overbearing and the ship was extremely clean. Our balcony cabin was comfortable and had plenty of room for all your needs. This is our sixth cruise overall with four sailings on Princess. Princess is tops in our book with their friendly and exceptional staff. Whatever you need or want, they are there for you. The food was great whether you went to a restaurant (anytime dining is the way to go) or to the buffet. If you are celebrating something then you need to cruise with Princess for they make your celebration very special. We love sailing on Princess.
