I liked the ship.

This cruise, our 11th, rated right up there with the best.

Overall the ship was very nice, the crew were wonderful. The passengers were rude, the dining room was always crowded, no tables available. The fitness center was alway too crowded. The drinks were very expensive as were the excursions, The shows were wonderful, dancers and singers koodoos to them. Having to catch the ship in a city like New York is too stressful, make the port easier and accessable like Norfolk, VA

The ship was very clean with excellent staff. I got confused with trying to get to certain areas of the boat because I didn't take the correct elevators/steps.

From beginning to end, this cruise was a delight. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food excellent. There's entertainment all around so you cannot afford to be bored. Try the facial massage in the spa. Carol is fantastic. Our waiters, Reynaldo and Luis, were the best. We had two small children and they were tops with them. Loved Bar Harbor and Newport. They are just gorgeous.

I would not book with Princess in the future nor would I recommend the cruise line. We were unable to get to the ship due to Hurricane Irene and not one letter or call came to us from the cruise line. It is as if we are invisible. We booked through , and the insurance refuses to cover the event. You are represented by , as they are offering your cruises. How they reacted in this case directly reflects on your corporation. As a business owner, I am ultimately responsible for any actions by my employees or anyone representing my business. This survey is an example of how the bottom line, the money you received, is apparently the most important thing. At this point I feel your customer service is less than poor!

The ship itself has been kept up very well. Balcony stateroom was very nice. Steward on 1st day said he hated his job. Other staff seemed to think they had priority walking down halls etc (we ran into this quite frequently. Cruise was overbooked and never able to get reservations in Coral dining room. Shows were mostly standing room only and even if eaing early, waitsaff were slow and we only had seats for 2 shows the entire cruise. We walked the entire ship only to find not one lounge chair available, many with towels but no people and staff wouldnt do anything about it. (never did get to go to any pool as never had a place to sit. Even the tables were all taken most of the time. We were very disappointed in this cruise overall.A lot of children running through the halls at 11:00-later at night.

THE FOOD IN THE DINING ROOM WAS MEDIOCRE, THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL AND VERY HOT. THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. ON DECK MOVIES WERE GOOD AS WAS THE BUFFET BREAKFAST AND THE PIZZA.

Ship was clean and well maintained. Staff was very attentive.

The Caribbean Princess is a fantastic ship. It was booked to capacity and was able to accommodate the crowds so it was not overwhelming or obvious to the passengers.

Never having been on a cruise before, we did not know anything about the layout and standard activities. There was a tour the first day, but we were not made aware of this. It was difficult to find things and to know when the pools were open. There are only 2 small adult pools, with very little space. There is a "sanctuary", but there is a fee and it books up for the week on the first day. The only guide you get is a vague map. There are a lot of additional fees that no one tells you about.

The ship was pretty easy to make your way around. Rooms were comfortable. Never had any issues. Good entertainment.

We have crused many times. Getting on and off went well, but the cruise itself was lacking, the food was only O.K., not anything special, there were only a few shows, and the music was bad, the muscians were out of tune, the DJ in the club played only re-mixed techno music despite most of the people in the room being in their 40s-60s, and really wanting to dance.

We just returned from a 9 day cruise on the Carribean Princess ship. The ship was huge although it didn't feel crowded. The major drawback that we had with the ship is that it had NO game room or place to play cards or games. Also the library did not have any place to sit and read. Since the events going on in the Piazza and lounges were very loud, it was hard to find a quiet place to talk, read, or play games.

On May 2, 2011, we booked the cruise of 9 night Canada and New England for celebration of our 53rd anniversary through DELTA SKYMILE CRUISES. And we are looking forward to cruising with Caribbean Princess sailing on June 22, 2011. I booked the cruise as of May 2 for EE Category, which is listed as outside stateroom without obstacles. Even though the booking was made over 50 days prior to the sailing date, a specific stateroom number was not assigned but was only told that a stateroom is guaranteed equal or higher grade than actually booked. Unfortunately, it turned out to a devastating nightmare for us at the moment we stepped into the stateroom P306, which was assigned only 4 days prior to sailing day without disclosing the quality of the stateroom to us. The stateroom P306 is not ordinary room for use of two persons but is installed 2 bunk beds on each side of walls. The bunk beds folded are naturally hung out about 1 foot toward the twin beds underneath. Due to the extremely narrow opening space between twin beds and walls, approximately 2 feet, we kept hitting our heads against the lower ends of folded bunk beds each time we go in and out of our beds. Beside that, the room looks very small due to the bunk beds hung out toward the center of the room and actually usable space is remarkably reduced. Another problem was that there is only one chair in the stateroom, and no other sitting furniture at all. Under the circumstances, we had no chance to exchange warm intimate conversations in the stateroom. First of all, we did not request bunk beds in our stateroom. We booked this cruise more than 50 days advance. We are puzzled why we are not honored an ordinary stateroom as stated in your brochure and invoice, but assigned such a substandard room to us. This whole cruise arrangement ruined our precious anniversary. We are convinced that this is a kind of FRAUD. As a matter of fact, we made our complaint to Passenger Services in Caribbean Princess, but they tried to shift their responsibility onto the agent, DELTA SKYMILES CRUISES, and no practical solution proposed.
