Review summary

The ship itself has been kept up very well. Balcony stateroom was very nice. Steward on 1st day said he hated his job. Other staff seemed to think they had priority walking down halls etc (we ran into this quite frequently. Cruise was overbooked and never able to get reservations in Coral dining room. Shows were mostly standing room only and even if eaing early, waitsaff were slow and we only had seats for 2 shows the entire cruise. We walked the entire ship only to find not one lounge chair available, many with towels but no people and staff wouldnt do anything about it. (never did get to go to any pool as never had a place to sit. Even the tables were all taken most of the time. We were very disappointed in this cruise overall.A lot of children running through the halls at 11:00-later at night.

One station in the Island dining room was terrible. Waiters didnt seem to know what they were doing. Very slow to take orders, then they gave people the wrong meals. One man didn't get anything and they had to re-order. Didn't seem to matter if we ate at 5:30 or later, never able to get a table for 2. We were waitlisted for main dining and never heard anything from anybody about that-seems with the overbooking there was no chance for anyone to be moved to main.

Enjoyed the shows. Your lounge shows were also good. Activities for everyone and overall good.

The only staff that we felt were really great were the Lotus Spa staff. They were very friendly and knew their work.

Stateroom was nice, but mattress was caved on both sides where people sleep. It was ok though and clean. We enjoyed the balcony.
