Had a fantastic time. Waiting in line to embark we met 5 young girls who told us they were with 75 college students on Spring Break. I was mentally prepared to be annoyed by this group for the next 6 days. I could not have been more wrong!!! This was the sweetest group of 20-somethings that I have met in a VERY long time. They were all so sweet, fun and interesting!! Very respectful and kind. Never saw any trouble at all and none of them got out of hand or caused any problems anywhere. Loved them!!!! Key West and Cozumel were a blast!!!! I will agree with a few others that the meals in the main dining room were not as amazing as we have seen in the past. Nothing really wrong with any of the meals, but I wanted top-notch over-the-top dinners, not dinners I could get at home in a decent restaurant. Still had great dinners though thanks to our waitstaff. John and Donna were amazing!!! We were spoiled by both and wanted for nothing. Fantastic fun week!!!!!

The ship is nice. A little older, but nice. It has okay food, the dinners where somehow better in Windjammer, than it is in the main dining room. The staff are reasonably polite. Overall positive. Good, but not the best.

Embarkation was quick and easy. No waiting at all. Enjoyed the Solarium hot tub, lounge chairs and decor. Poor and slow service in MDR. Staff needs formal service training, mixing up orders, reaching over people to serve, etc. MDR chairs broken and not replaced, just stuck back together. Husband accidentally pushed emergency cabin light. Security came and checked on us and (supposedly) resent the light. Then we were awakened at 1:30am saying our emergency light was on---it was NOT on! Security again came to check the cabin. By now we were wide awake in the middle of the night. Then next afternoon while napping with the "do not disturb" sign on door, staff came knocking again and asking to check emergency light!!! C'mon, get your act together! Debarkation was a joke, hurry up and wait. Over an hour and a half late getting off ship. Will not sail Brilliance again.

Great cruise in general. I just wish there was more things going on the first night. Seems they were all closed.

This was my first time on a Royal Caribbean cruise line and I was unimpressed. I had heard good things but I did not necessary experience it. I may give them another try but maybe a different ship.

The purpose of my vacation wasn't necessarily the destination -- it was the entertainment. I was more than pleased with the entertainment as well as activities provided. Again, my only disappointment was that I didn't get my toes in the sand.

Great ship, felt well taken care of. Casino needs much better venilation, way too much smoke. Soda machines badly needed.

It was stark, the cabin had nothing pretty in it, just a empty room not even a pen??? jeezus surely you can fork out for a pen , clean enough, the staff are amazing as usual, but way overworked , dinner always felt like a over booked restaurant just hoping you would gulp your food down and get out for the next passenger to be honest

Brilliance does not have all the bells and whistles nor entertainment venues of the Voyager, Freedom and Oasis classes. What it does have is a more intimate less crowded feeling and is perfect for a more relaxing cruise.

We've cruised over 10 times ---- most have been on Royal Caribbean --- but the previous two (before this one) was with Carnival. We had always been "die hard Royal Caribbean" cruisers. But now that we've been on two Carnival -and- one Norwegian, I'm thinking my preference is now going to be Carnival. But with all this said, we still had a FANTASTIC time -- I absolutely LOVE taking a cruise!!!

My hook has been baited and another cruise will be in my bucket list.

I like the ship but the food and service should had been better. Me and my spouse were not happy with this cruise.

The whole cruise was a wonderful experience and a very good vacation value compared to other vacations we have taken. I can't say anything bad. Loved this ship.

We had a wonderful time. Did not want to leave as can’t wait for our next cruise. Everything about the ship was great!!!!
