Embarkation

The Port of Tampa was help and kind. I did not feel rushed or made to feel uncomfortable being my first time on a cruise.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Again as my first cruise I was blown away with the food and how great it was.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
We all had a great time. I went with my family and my parents and my sister. There was a lot to do for the first time. However, at the time I did not realize that the Brilliance is such a small ship with limited activities was I was just happy to be on the ship and having fun.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
I do not remember many shows. I thought the big screen at the pool was awesome. I was just excited to be on the ship and didn’t really take much of the shows into account.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
OMG. Thank you Royal Caribbean for having this program available. I love my kids but thankfully I had a place where they could have fun, while the adults in the family were having fun. The staff were great and loved being with the kids.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone was amazing.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
I had always heard of how clean Royal was and is. I can tell you. They do not disappoint they are always cleaning.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin was clean and well maintained. Our room steward was amazing and friendly.

Ship tip

It is a small ship compared to the newer ships. Don’t expect to be occupied all the time with activities.

Disembarkation

Come sail away. Amazing under the Sunshine Skyway in Tampa Bay.
